Jennifer, Jenny as her sisters and friends called her, had been Jerry. She was six foot four and sixteen stone [224 pounds, 102Kg] and had been bullied into a life heavily involved in sport by her school. Though extremely talented at all sport she’d always hated it and had always wanted to dance. After a break down her supportive family had helped her to rebuild her life as a girl. Erica and Lola learn from Callie that they will be required to testify across the pond. Knowing the situation with guns over there, they are not entirely happy.

Introduction by the Author: This is the third chapter of “Genesis: Homecoming” this will conclude the main story and as promised a short epilogue will follow. As I've pondered these reflection. I've discovered memories that are as rich as the coffee grind colored soil of my native home. I'm sure other “Genesis” works beside the three I promise would soon follow. I really should have known what a mistake it was to try to drown my sorrows after being dumped (again). And this time I had made such efforts to make it work.

I really shouldn’t have let Rolf take me to a bar to seek oblivion in the bottom of a glass, or more precisely lots of glasses.

We really shouldn’t have tried to chat up those two freshman girls from The Other University and thus by definition losers.

The only good thing was that Rolf had chosen a bar where we were unknown and unlikely to meet anyone we knew nor ever to return.

I walked into the back dining room two days after Maria’s arrival, and found my girls in what looked like a conference, and quite a serious one. They looked up, almost simultaneously, and then Nicky and Tiff led the new girl away. Patricia seemed the most sensible just then, so I looked to her for an answer, but when I asked her if there was something going on I should know about, it was Charlie who replied.

“Something we saw on the telly, Nana. That Alkies Anonymous thing. Just us in here, nobody else, so we have a little chat together. Hi, my name’s whatever, and I’m here because people at my school were shits. Hi, my name’s someone else, and I’m here cause Dad started buying me stripper’s knickers”
