Well 2024 is over, but money issues are ongoing for all of us. I've found I need to watch where my health care monies are going as I'm at a point where medical visits are itemized as hospital opposed to clinical loctions. But that's just modern life infringing on my attemps to relaxe,,,,,,,,,,hmm what to write about in 2025? enjoy it while you can; feeling life pulling me back, its late Dora

revisiting old haunts

Really getting tired of just surviving; life is there, but I am wondering if health issues are a result of early life HRT use. Maybe, it's just a phase, trying to declutter my life and wondering why I'm not social. Most of the people at work are counting the months till retirement while finding terminal issues that won't let them retire. Sorry just dealing with end of summer duldrums, finding sleep patterns that are not resetting and really thinking taking the second shift was a mistake.

dysphoria

so yesterday, my mom convinced me I needed a hair cut, as it was starting to go all over the place. Sadly, I just can't seem to have long hair, so I agreed, and got it done.

Since then, seeing my reflection has brought out my dysphoria, which only got added to today when my ex commented that I looked more like a man, more like the person I was before I started wearing women's clothes in public.

So I am really feeling ugly, and would appreciate any hugs anybody can spare.

I had a conversation with Sharon on Friday, and she is thinking of taking Samantha to Mexico in September, if she can get her passport by then.

Then she said I could come too, if I wished.

Well, I took my bottles in for the refund, and as I often do, I use that as "mad money" to do something nice for myself. Today, I made enough to go get a mani-pedi done, and it was a wonderful experience. Instead of the place in the mall I had tried before, I went to a little place in a strip-mall, and they treated me like a princess from start to finish, including the girl telling me that she almost missed me because she was looking for someone transitioning, and I obviously was a regular girl. (Okay, so it was probably for the tip, but what the heck.)

Well, the magazine "Scientific American" has done an issue on how men and women think differently, and to make things more interesting, they've included stuff on transgendered people. Its a well-written mag, you should check it out if you can.

As an aside, I wanted to thank everyone who sent me a birthday greeting. Thanks so much to you all!

Missng my Home comforts.

I am delighted to see a big demand in readers tonight. However I think it may be at the expense of the usual functions on the homepage, i.e recent comments, search function. Do I need an upgrade?
This seems to be occuring more frequently, is this wonderful site getting too popular for its own good?
It may be I have just been too spoiled for choice.
A spoiled WebDeb.

It's time to reconfigure a few things on the pute, I was wondering how much space you set a side for works in progress and tales that look interesting enough to save on the side. Also is ms word ok to post onto the site or is there something easyer to deal with? Thinking of writing but not to thrilled with word. scthea
