A Lady’s Agreement

In the summer of 1972, 15-year-old Charlie is sent to live with his sharp-witted Aunt Mela and spirited cousin Lottie. Due to his rebellious behavior and refusal to follow house rules, Aunt Mela implements a unique disciplinary strategy: a series of “gentlemen’s agreements” that gradually push Charlie further and further from the role of an actual gentleman.
