The car ride was a suffocating silence, the air thick with unspoken words and unresolved tension. Brett’s gaze drifted to his thighs, encased in the silky smooth pantyhose that felt like a sensual caress against his skin.

The maid skirt and white lace seemed to mock him with their femininity, a constant reminder of the kiss he had shared with Ryan.

As he crossed one leg over the other, the swish of nylon was like a whispered secret, and the sleek black stilettos seemed to gleam with an air of seduction.
