The Last of the Fey

by Denise Anesidora Trask

Dennis is a stunt man, er... boy, er... young adult. Being of slight build, although muscular, he didn’t get into sports when in middle and high school. No, he was far too deeply involved in the motion picture business by then. It all began when he was less than a year old and snowballed from there.

Well......

I guess I must now eat my words and apologize.

I've sent an e-mail to Microsoft (after decrying their windows 10 many, many times) and congratulated them.

As I posted a derogatory blog here concerning windows 10, I thought it only fitting to place my appreciation (and amazement) at the latest windows 10 update.

Most of the updates I've experienced required ten to twenty minutes to occur and necessitated my reloading most of my programs.

The Last of the Fey

WOW.

I guess I should feel honored.

My story, "The Last of the Fey" has been pirated and is being offered for free on no less than two sites (including google).

The pirated copy is the version that is offered for sale on Amazon, so whoever did it had access to my story through the KIndle or KDP select offerings.

HTML and my books and stories

Hi Everyone,

Yes, I agree HTML is easy to use. It is wonderful if all I wish to present is text.

That is the reason you find very few images in the stories I post here (and very few stories).

Concerning "Duty Calls"

Hi Everyone;

For those of you who have given up on seeing the completion of "Duty Calls"...

A recent comment attached to chapter 40 of "Duty Calls" prompted me to send a PM in answer. After some thought I felt I should also post a blog to let you know where things stand.

The story is still "in the works" so to speak. My own work has sidetracked me for this past year and appears to be prepared to continue that at least for the rest of this one.

I first noticed him standing there and thought he was alone but didn't look long enough to be certain. The next time I took the time to get a better look there was a woman in red standing next to him. They were both removed, maybe a hundred and twenty or thirty feet away, not directly involved in the grave side services but both obviously sneaking glances at the activity.

When It Rains -- It Pours

Hi Everyone,

I’ve decided to post this today rather than Monday since I want to get it out and up before I revise it another ten thousand times.

What's happening in the life of "Last of the Fey" and "Duty Calls"?

17 Painting over the Fireplace

“It was a dark and stormy night...”

“Aw Jack, you start all your spook stories out like that; least you have for the past five years. You gotta make this story different. You know, jazz it up or something. Make it seem normal, like it could really happen.”

“Normal? You want normal the day before Halloween?”

01 Aliens Were Us.

I was in love. You know how these things can happen. Once second I was walking out the door of my apartment’s lobby hallway into the under-ground garage and the next second my eyes were popping out of my head as this simply gorgeous creature walked in while I held the door for her.

“Thank- you.” she said to me.

“You’re welcome.” I somehow managed to reply.
