“And whom is this young man?” Miss Taylor asked of the little girl.

“This is my big brudder Denny. He’s 8!” she said with pride.

The bond between these two kids was greater than she had ever seen.

“Not the accident, well not the car accident. The Accident with the costume.” Tracy said as she tried to convey both just how sorry she was, and how important Aurora was to the child that lay in the bed.

So recently, I posted chapter 2 of my story "Aurora"... It was subtitled "Trick or Treat?"... It's possible that you didn't see it, as I've only managed 2 comments on it... Then again it has gotten over 1600 reads/views at last check.

Now admittedly it was a long wait between parts one and two, and it's possible that you read the lastest chapter at TGFiction.Net or LG Tales instead of here, but I have gotten NO NEW comments at either of those sites either.

Somehow the woman at the door noticed, and said “Wow, what a wonderful group of costumes we have here, but I think your friend Sleeping Beauty there seems to have gone silent.”

Everyone turned to me at that point, and  my body took it upon it’s self to betray me and blush violently. Once that was taken care of, I smiled politely and said “Trick or Treat?” and even added a bit of a curtsy

I think I'm gonna need help.

Well, I'm close to 3000 words into my new story. That's between 2 chapters unfortuantely.

I'm 2 scenes away from closing out Chapter One, and have a good start on Chapter two. The 2 scenes I need for Chapter One are probably 2 of the more important ones for that chapter. The ending scene is already written but those two scenes just don't want to come out, even tho I seem to know in my head what will happen.

Well something certainly seems to have broke free at some point.

I took a story idea, made a few changes, and have written about 800 words tonight.

It's not a lot, and I don't know how far till it's gonna be ready, but this probably won't be a short story, although it might have short chapters.

Inspiration, or lack there of...

I've been struggling these last few days.

I've been doing quite a bit of reading, and got in my head that I wanted to work on my writing.

So I got out my laptop, and I installed word, and I downloaded the several most promising "works in progress" that fit the mood of what I was wanting to write, and nothing.

I seem to be stuck in a rut for several years now. I have MANY MANY great story ideas, and can usually come up with half of a first post for a serial, but that seems to be about it.
