Quantum Leap in Life.

Sadly, every interaction I have recently had with those on BCTS and elsewhere shows that most or all of those who use any sort of computer technology are simply unaware of the shake out we have recently experienced. It has been a huge education for me. Some of those I have talked to have been quite blunt and tactless, treating me like I am an idiot.

Being Who You Are

It is profound to me that some are just busy about being who they are no matter what the self-proclaimed experts say. We all know them, and it is not about gender, though sometimes it is. They are just born that way. Some born leaders, some are followers, some are healers and others are warriors. Some have a high need for order knit right into their souls, so are police whether there is a badge or not. Some tear clocks apart all their lives. There are those here who are Wordsmiths and others want to be...

Attraction

In working my way through "A Change Of Orders", the idea of sexual attraction has reared its ugly head. As a an author, and post op, there is no physical attraction, at all. No male, or female that I have wanted has passed through my life. My body seems completely immune to responding to even a simple 'wank'.

I'm about halfway through the story and the subject of attraction has come up and the protagonist has the same view as I. Does this mean that a complete lack of erotic response is not uncommon? Is this a new direction in stories?

The Psychology of Transgender Stories

I went for a long leisurely ride today that stretched to over 2 hours. I've an ebike so there is no justification for saying it was in any sense of the word, "athletic". Along the way part of the time, I mused about why authors write TG stories, real or fiction. There have to be dozens of different motivations. No time was wasted on sussing out the reason for pre-pubescent incidence. Thinking about it now, is it genetic, environmental, resulting from abuse, who can say. Not to criticise, I am sure that some stories lend to wanking off. Questions, questions ....

Story Suggestions

It's just after 3:30 am here, so around 11:30 am in the UK, and I'm thinking about some of the stories I have most enjoyed. Of course, it goes without saying that "Bike" is one. "Twice Removed" was another. "Somewhere Else Entirely" is one... My mind is too foggy this time of day for perfect recall of dozens of others... "Deception Of Choice" came at a time when I needed it and it probably saved my life. Stories of 'Pete' have provided a welcome distraction.

Too Lazy For Biking Kit

Too lazy to dress properly to ride my bike, so I just stayed in my Ankle length A line skirt, a top, with a pretty flowery Jacket, and of course HELMET. Of course my ebike has a drop frame, so my exhibitionistic efforts were not as blatant as I had hoped. I went into a market for some goodies, and a woman told me she had not seen a woman in a skirt on a bike since Amsterdam. :)

Trophy Wife Super Short Version

Trophy Wife
Gwen Boucher, 4/26/2024, 14:30

Dane Brown, a recent dual master’s graduate from Brown University had no idea what was to befall him. Being rather diminutive at 5’3”, and having never had a girlfriend, wasn’t even interested in girls and this suited his bookish nature perfectly. He had no reason to suspect that a bachelor multibillionaire, August Dire, was stalking him and had demented plans for Dane. August intended that Dane would never be intrusive again. “Keep your enemies close to you.”

Bryony Marsh, "The Color of Deception".

I just don't know how to make my praise of this work any more sincere. It has taken me more than perhaps a fortnight to read this and I just finished it at 04:30 AM PDT on 5/8/2024.

I've often cried at times, even solidly wept... when I've read some works.

This time when it finished I was laughing at the prose, and the artwork was absolutely fabulous and adorable.

Thank you so much Bryony Marsh. I wish I had personally known you, though there is surely a bit of yourself here.

Blessings to you.

Explicit TG Stories

Not sure where this is going

Lately my rough drafts are XXX, and I am unsure that do do with them. It used to work to edit the porn out of them but somehow that seems to rip their heart out.

I am going to take a look at publishing some stories at Literotica as "Missykateti" to see what happens. This is not me throwing a fit, breaking all the dishes and throwing pots and pans.

I'll see what happens; maybe nothing.

Outsiders Not Welcome

I think that I have been a member at BCTS for 20 years, perhaps longer. Until the last several years, I felt like what happened here literally saved my life, and I thanked the site in kind. My stories never garnered much attention in readership, votes or comments. It hurt like hell to have that happen. I put my heart and soul into those stories. I will say that my writing provided a way to vent that I needed.

Pretend, or Fake Princess

A few years ago, perhaps before Covic, I had been reading a story called something like "Pretend Princess", or "Fake Princess". Today, I remembered it and tried to use the BCTS search engine to find it so I could see if there were further chapters. The search engine indicated that it had "timed out", whatever that is. There had been a few chapters but it stopped, uncompleted. I can't remember the name of the author. I wonder what to do now?

The White Wolf

Written by Barbara Allan, "The White Wolf".
I thought I had read it years ago, but don't find evidence of it. I got part way through Ch. 1 but it hits too close to home. It seems to be a good story. The grammar is not perfect.

The story alludes to the idea of Native American Two Spirit, and their flavor of spiritualism. It explores the Native American philosophy about animals.

I'm trying to avoid involvement in gender switch writing or stories. Two or Three decades of that is more than too much.

Female Military Officers In Gowns

Reading another of Anne McCaffery's tales, Sassenach Pirate Planet where a senior female naval officer in a space fleet attends a dinner in what seems to be described as a Victorian era ball gown. As one might expect, the different space vessels use present day Naval designations Interesting. And they are using FTL propulsion. All this makes for fun fiction but is impossible by present day standards.

Almost Captive In A Box

This is what I can remember of a completely true story that I have never written about or talked to anyone regarding the creepy people I met. It was so traumatic that I blanked it out until now.

This took place between 2005 and 2006 near Sherwood, Oregon. Later when I returned to make sure I was not remembering a hallucination, The place was gone, and tract houses had been built there.

What The Hell Are Ad Blockers?

Often, when I click on a link from the NYT, or one of the UK papers, I'll get a pop up about having an Ad Blocker, and them requiring me to jump through a bunch of hoops. So far, just ignoring them and exiting out of that page allows me to go on my merry way. I normally use KOIN for local news and weather, but if I try to use other local internet TV web sites I get the same pesky issue. I've never knowingly signed up for an Ad Blocker. What a crock of nonsense !

Kalista "Your Wings Are Beautiful".

This story was in my Internet History when I started my computer this afternoon. I have no recollection of reading it recently, so when I checked, I read 4 chapters of it a decade ago, even commenting. Then suddenly the author just stopped and there are no further entries in this story or blog. It was a good story. I would have enjoyed more.

Born To Be Exhibited

Just re-read it again, (4/29/2024) It is so pathetic. Perhaps the worst I have ever read...

(Sorry for the sloppy editing. I hope it is better now.) (4th edit)

Born to be Exhibited.

Born with indeterminate gender, the Doctor and parents chose female. Though she could not bear children, no one ever told her.

Andre Norton and/or Teddy S ???

I have just finished reading "Beast Master" by Andre Norton, "Tommy, The Trials and Tribulations of a Girl" by Teddy S. and wonder if the two authors are one and the same?
The protagonists in both stories are Navajo and use some Navajo language words. "Na Ta Hey" is one phrase that is common to both stories. The similarity ends there. One story uses gender change and Andre Norton's does not. Though Andre Norton used more than one pen name. When she first started writing she used a male name to overcome prejudice against female authors.

It is interesting to mull this over.

He was 5’11” and 245 pounds, with a full head of brown hair. He had three charges of Domestic Abuse against him and had drunkenly slept with several women, two of whom had pending charges of rape against him. In short, he was not a model citizen. One night in the local bar, the brother of one of the women he’d raped, slipped a tiny pill into his drink while he wasn’t looking. Frank’s life was about to change dramatically.

Pretty Fixture

My name is Anastasia Johnson, Annie for short. I was a high school Junior with 4.0+ grades and babysitting two children, twin girls, age 8 years old, the evening that this happened. Their parents arrived home earlier than usual and with them came the husband’s brother, Blake. I was rushed and as soon as they paid me, I was in my little car and on the way home.

Facebook Not Mandatory

For years when my computer booted, 'Facebook' automatically loaded and I used it quite a lot. Recently the owner of that site has been sued for damaging children and had to testify in one of the US Government houses.

A day or so ago my computer would suddenly load without it and it has been quite enjoyable.''

Don't Truncate Your Author Name.

First: I have been guilty of that which I complain about and now see the error of my ways.

When entering your author name on a story it is easier to navigate if you have carried through with some consistency. I understand that there are several Authors that use more than one name. I have three though primarily use "Gwen Brown".

Space Knowledge

To dispel my own irritation, here are some important definitions:

Space is anywhere outside the Earth's atmosphere.

Deep Space is outside this Solar System.

Galaxy is a generally spiral shaped collection of stars and other matter that is thought to orbit around a Black Hole. The number of stars in our Galaxy is thought to be in the billions. At light speed, Scientists say that it would take 200,000 years to cross it.

The Universe has unnumbered Galaxies in it. Our own Galaxy is thought to be in a group of Galaxies that occupy the Lanea kea group.

Just embarrassed???

Not feeling too well just now so got in a tub of hot water to soak away the joint pain. With all the ruckus over illegal drugs, I'm not about to try to find something illegal. I tried a light dose Tylenol (Paracetamol) but it did nothing. The hot water just made things worse, so I got out. I am too shy to go to the ED on the week end, and I have an appointment with my Doctor on Wednesday. I'd planned to use a Taxi Wednesday if the Bus seems too much.

"Nine Princes In Amber"

Up in the middle of the night and wandering around my apartment, I discovered a dead tree book called "Nine Princes In Amber", Book 1 of several. The author, Roger Zelazkny, is not a TG author.

I am not more than 1/4 of the way into the work, and must say that the odd seeming 1970's language and break from TG drabble is most refreshing. While not a terribly prolific author, his story seems good enough.

These days, I seem to survive on a series of naps of 1 to 2 hours, and have been told not to worry by my Doctor. Lots of time to cast about in the middle of the night.

Stop Writing ???

I've been increasingly suffering the effects of what I had feared is ALS. Now the self diagnosis seems to be more appropriately 'Ataxia', which is not a disease but merely is the description of a group of symptoms from injuries suffered in a full life of many falls that often included head injuries. As usual Doctors have shown to be almost useless and secretive.

Working As An Escort

Out for a walk in a rare break in the rain, I was approached by a male that was approximately my age or older perhaps. We had a short conversation about the route of the new walking path we were on, him wanting to know if it went downtown. As it turned out, I knew it did and shared the information. He then departed, him continuing along the way that he had previously been going.

As I walked along, I began to muse about what it would have been like had he been attracted to me? I was not attracted to him but did not feel fearful either.

Doctor Marla Frances didn’t resist any more. All she could do is get by. Her days were spent at the Hospital working 10-hour days beginning at 7:00 AM, 6 days a week, missing breaks and lunches, caring for people who might thank her by her never seeing her again and hopefully not suing her. At the end of the drudgery, she made the short trip home to a solitary and hopefully quiet dinner before the nightly turmoil began.

Begging For More, A Sequel?

I was just looking over "Melanie Brown's, Captive". For me, the story just yearns for another chapter or perhaps a post script or something. Here "Scotti" is at least at the end of the second year and declared an Art Major in chapter 1. Then in chapter 3 Scotti is sitting in the bathroom putting makeup on. For me, it is not surprising that after 3 years of brain washing, she would embrace being a woman. I assume that she was subjected to medically harsh doses of Estrogen, plus forced SRS.

Dreams Collide With Existence

Years ago, about 20 of them, I had what I called lucid dreams in which I was flying, and could control where I went. Psychological people said that I was trying to escape something. My then spouse got really mad at me when I told her about them. Now, I see that I was trying to escape from her abuse of me. We were married 38 years because I kept trying to make it work. In the latter years she was a "dry alcoholic", refusing to go to AA.

What a Dream!

It’s 2054. I’d been out with our lady’s group on a pseudo off road ride on a trail up a 3400 meter mountain when we encountered an old slide area that seemed smooth enough but strewn with potato sized rocks on a rideable incline. My front wheel power was on my right hand and my rear wheel power on my left. I had not fallen yet, and my riding suit would protect me from injury if I did. My helmet still had enough power to keep my blood Ox levels up, so I felt confident that I could stay with the group.

A Warning

I've not seen hardly any stories here that have Butt Plugs in them, and I think for good reason. After my own very short term experimentation with one and the accompanying medical intestinal issues, from my point of view, they are dangerous and should not be done, even as a way to induce a prostate sexual stimulation full stop.
