The brigands could outrun the police ground vehicles, and even the helicopters, but not the radios. Before we left we sat around the kitchen table and I was forced to call out the slogans and try to talk in a girly voice. When I was able to do it to their satisfaction my mother gave each of us a hug and, with a smile on her face, said “Go and change the world, my daughters.”

I chatted with the guys while Tom did his thing. There was Alan on the piano, Joe on drums, Alec on bass and Chico on guitar. When Tom brought us the discs I found out these guys were called the ‘Four Winds’ and the album we had just cut as play was called ‘Four Winds and a Gayle.’ So shoot me, I didn’t get to name it.
