Cary put his bike away in the garage part of the outbuildings shut the door and walked into the house. "What did you have for lunch?" asked his mum.

"Cottage pie, why?"

"I just wondered, it's chicken casserole for dinner." He nodded and smiled, he loved his mother's cooking and her casseroles were always a tasty treat. "I didn't know you could sing like that?" she added.

"Like what?" he felt his colour rising and it had nothing to do with his recent exercise.

"Like you did at the Copperthwaites."

Cali agreed with the plan within a week, but there were a lot of security concerns that needed to be addressed. Cali was an official superhero and although I didn't want to be paranoid, considering the bugs I found in my clothes when I re-birthed Celeste, I worried that Cali would be closely monitored to try and track Josie.

He sat down in the aisle seat. I was by the window. It was only a small plane so there was just the two of us.

I was on my home that evening. I had come straight from a meeting and I was in my best business suit. The skirt was fairly short and I had on nude pantyhose and a smart pair of heels. He admired my legs as he fastened his seat belt. He smiled at me and I smiled back.

“Mommy, every year we go to the beach, and every year I have the best time. It’s like the only time I get to really play with Amy. This year was the best ever. Thanks.”

Sammy’s mom heard her darling child, now nine years old, and spread her arms, and Sammy came rushing to her. The hug was massive and tight, and the love tingled through Sara’s body. She thought how when Sammy was in his boy mode, which was most of the time, he was rough and sullen and nasty to his sister.

Charlie and Juliet finally achieve their aims and Charlie finds ways to make his feelings known.
