I would have not picked the tee shirt if I actually was a girl as it showed the outline of my corset at the bust line and I got a lot of interested looks from all of the fellows. Lesley told me I was brazen and Tess said I was hot. Sven and his band had already eaten their breakfast and left, as they had a gig in Holland tonight. That was, I thought a real slice of good luck. The sisters were happier about that as well.

What followed that conversation was a flurry of discussion about what colors meant. What different tones meant. What names had meant. What were colors anyway? I was so confused.

“Calm down, dude. To some women, this is a science. For some women, everything sets the tone with the toes. You get dressed from toe to head, so it makes sense to really put a lot of thought into toe color.

We gathered up our supplies and headed to our separate rooms. The first day was pretty easy for myself and a little tough for Molly. Basically, the rundown is that one person would start from head and go to toe and the other person would go the opposite. From head to toe for one person and from toe to head for the other person. We randomly decided that my wife would go for head first and I would go for toe first. There was something terrifying about doing the head first and going downward.

We were both filling out clipboards in the stupid bright office. Jesus, why did the office have to be so bright and cheerful? We had taken a few hours from our day at the office to visit the local office of 'From Head to Toe' which was like a 10 minute walk from our apartment. It was on a really nice street with a few boutiques and the place was nice, minimal, and way too fucking bright.

"Is this being filmed in High def or something?" I asked her.

"Just shut up and fill out the forms. I'm sure they'll address whatever minute imperfections you might have."

I liked these reproductions so much that I built a one-third replica in my backyard as a playhouse for my boys who were six and ten at the time. The Civilian Conservation Corp built these repros in 1934.

Swapping the magazines on both Punishers turned out to be easier than I’d expected.

The armatures held the rifles under my arms, allowing me to eject the spent magazines and then replace them with fully loaded ones without the need to hold the Punishers in my hands. Then the armatures retracted against my back, tucking the linear rifles snuggly against my shoulder blades.

When Switch arrived at the charity shop she was able to go through a few bags that had been left outside. There wasn't a lot of stuff. She managed to wear a pair of men's trousers and shirt. She found a jumper that she hoped was long enough to cover my newly acquired female bits and a long coat that should cover May sufficiently. The only shoes available were one pair of men's loafers that were way too big, but she stuffed them with some children's clothes so that she could walk in them.

The weekend passed all too quickly which meant it was back to classes and the normal routine. I’m out with my girlfriend, who happens to be a lesbian, so of course, I’m dressed as a girl. It didn’t make any sense at all, but it had a certain logic. We were just about to step off the curb when some guy stopped in front of us.

He was a bit of a blob but a big one. Six foot two or so, at least 300 pounds, with a Tony Stark beard and ‘stache and Hispanic coloring, he pointed at me. “Samantha!” he said. “You play Sam on ‘Days of Our World’!”

“I—what? No, I don’t!” I protested.
