Clark and his twin sister Kelly are not as close as he'd like them to be. Clark is a shy clumsy loner and Kelly is more athletic, outgoing and popular. These are but a few legends. Yet for every one of these legends there are two legendary weapons lost to time. Among those lost weapons are the few whose power comes with a cost. They are the cursed weapons of power. Each curse is unique to the weapon. The Black sword is but one such weapon of great power. This is the story of the weapon and its newest welder.

“You listeners are rare among men,” she said, waving a scolding finger at him. But she flipped the covers and slipped back to where she had laid before.
In the middle of battle Eriana has
fallen and it is Ursula's task to save her if it is possible. Once the situation
stabilizes tough decisions must be taken to protect those in the
arena and to rescue the two Counts. Eventually the weary survivors
return to their hostel where the injured must be more closely inspected.

The first story I'm going to include in this collection of stories is one that has changed my life. Nobody believes me when I tell them this story, and I doubt you would. The story opens on a cool, crisp October day.
