Spoiler alert: Back then a high heel was defined as anything higher than about 1.5 inches!

I'm currently watching/playing an interactive DVD game, a visual novel. The protagonist and a time-patrol agent are currently caught between time, or in a crevice outside of time. They will only spend perhaps a couple minutes caught outside of time before returning to the protagonist's world.

Amazon is a horrible organization -- as is pointed out here quite often.

However -- it's time to give the devil his due.

Yesterday, my Kindle went dark. I use my Kindle at least two hours a day so I immediately ordered a new Kindle for $204. It arrived this morning . . . less than twelve hours after I ordered it.

The setup took about fifteen minutes . . . mostly due to uploading my old content.

The process was easy and effective.

To me they are a universal fit any situation dress. Whether one is going to that Governor's Ball (I'll never get invited) or going to the Flea Market, there is a cocktail dress that will fit the occasion. For you authors it's easy for your heroine to be the center of attention or eye candy if she is wearing a cocktail dress. There are enough styles and designs one will work no matter where your leading lady is going or what she is doing. Exceptions of course is trekking through the jungle, killing terrorist in their desert camp, horse back riding, kind of situations.

Wanted to update and what not.

After a long break due to family tragedy and other things, I've spent the last few months getting back into old stories and things, specifically Whateley, on their Discord and website.
While I was doing that people kept talking about Doom Valley Prep School, and sent me some of the blogs here talking about the story.

Been a little while since the last update, so here it is:

Covid sucks and impedes writing.

The first is my anniversary of a change of lifestyle which occurred on July 14 1986 when I went into my office in a skirt for the first time.
I am still amazed that there weren't more challenges and now 36 years later no one seems to care.

Second, it is 7 or 8 years since my son took his own life. I try not to despise my daughter-in-law, but it's hard.

I reached a milestone yesterday, with my 100th story on Fictionmania. I have more on here as I did a follow up to BeverlyTaff's FQ story. I will never put that anywhere else as it would make little sense without the source story.

TBH it is not the sort of story that would go down well there as the "forced fem" is incidental and not the main story. I do miss that story arc. I'm enjoying her new scifi one though.

Does anybody know the fictionmania story where the main character is framed for stealing company money, and his m2f daughter who he has just met- decks him out as a woman while they try to find out who is doing the theft.

I do know that it is a 5 parter & is full of 3D pictures and I think it was released sometime around 2012-2015.

I haven't been on here in a while and I haven't posted any updates to one of my stories which is "The life of Riley". My apologies. I will continue this story but I am not sure when. Life sometimes throws you curve balls and I got my fair share of them. The story is in my heart and I will finish it.

Sorry if I disappointed anyone! I am doing my best, so please be forgiving. I have to resolve my personal issues and then I think I will be able to write again. Hang in there, people. Riley will come back.

Well, what I did there was "Fiction" rather than "a story", but it occurs to me that very little of what I write conforms with this pattern.

Perhaps they leave comments because I leave comments on their stories.

The latest hater has at least shifted his acid throwing to Message Board over there, but they seem to be a driven individual!
I am just assuming that everybody here at my warm and friendly place, must be overcome by heatstroke with barely enough energy to read my stories but too exhausted to comment (?)

Sorry about last night's Zoom get-together, I messed up on the settings and tried to correct that which made things worse. I now have it under control and if Wendy is not available to host it, I shall. I will wait and see if Wendy is home if not will post an invite here on the blogs. My apologies for last night.

In the ongoing process of selecting the new leader for the Conservative and Unionist Party and thus for the next UK Prime Minister there appears to be two main issues. How much they want to lower taxes (much, very much or extremely much) and the war on woke. In particular trans rights (or rather the limitiation thereof) appears to one of the most pressing problems the UK faces.

So I went to the hospital last June 31, I'm trying to get this infection in my leg well and truly gone. I am currently in a nursing home being pumped to the gills with an antibiotic IV, I recently got my laptop from a friend and am unable to look up my passwords for my zoom account or my e-mail for that matter. When I get better I will resume where I can. The big thing I am currently worried about is not being able to take care of my finances weirdly enough I was able to get on my bank account but not my credit card accounts. When I know more you all will know more.

As Wendy doesn't seem to be available I am prepared to hold a Zoom meeting in her place. It will be at 22.00 hrs London time, no time wasters or trolls please.

My heart goes out to those poor people killed or injured by another angry man with a rifle. On a day of celebration they were attacked for some so far unknown reason.

I know it is not guns that kill, it's people. But giving those that want to kill people easy access to guns makes it a lot more likely to happen.

It seems obvious to me that some of the stories here were driven by the game "Dungeons and Dragons", though I have had relatively little exposure to it. Some of the scenes in "Stranger Things" are really triggering because of my unwilling exposure to the psychological world and their drugs. Life has been much better since I told them to "F" off. One of the characters, Finn Walthard looks really feminine, If I have the right one. If I had a chance I would do much worse to the psychs than EL.

This doesn't seem to be on tonight, I've called in twice and there was no connection by the host. I know Wendy was having trouble with her leg I hope it's no worse. If there is a problem next week I offer my Zoom address until she is back again.

Been dealing with Oklahoma Vital Records for a month now for a correction on my birth certificate. Years back Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled a name change can't be denied if it isn't for nefarious reasons such as to escape debt, lawsuits, etc. It came about because some of the lower courts were denying a name change for various reasons. Thus ask for a name change in court, submit to Oklahoma Vital Records the old and new name and it's amended on the birth certificate. A new one will be mailed out if the proper fees and forms were filled out.

Going through various health issues, I have come to the conclusion that my hot buttons are wearing out and getting easier to smash. But, when I upload a story and pull back the curtains, it amazes me how generously people take the time to look over the offering.

My mail on Saturday included a letter from my Doctor. I've been exchanging letters with her since March after I realised it had been 10 years since my initial 'gatekeeper' interview with an NHS shrink, and nothing had been heard since then. The irony is that the same GP was handling me then so at least she couldn't blame anyone else in the building. The main issue was that the original paperwork had been lost and now is beyond recovery, although I had scanned the original report that recommended referral.

In many stories on BCTS I read where the author assigns a "female voice" to his or her actress. I have made my own opinion known many times down through the years it's the rise and fall of pitch differentiates between a male and female voice. Several female actresses had a deep voice such as Paula Prentiss, Lauren Bacall, Susan Plushett, to name just a few. I doubt very few who had their back to them, and heard any of these women speak in a crowd, would turn to see who is talking think they are looking at a male.

I'm sorry to have to tell you guys I wont have any new stories for a bit. The move, and then unpacking from the move, has taken most of my energy.

The latest research shows what we suspected, women are left out of the authorship of many scientific papers, we all know of Rosalind Franklin and DNA, it seems it's still happening. I hope that when I am able to continue my research, I am able to publish, it isn't ground breaking stuff but I hope it will show one woman is trying to buck the trend.

In the early 2000's I remember reading articles on the Internet about the studies on Gender and Intersex done by some researchers in Scandinavia. They started a revolution of rampant speculation. I don't think that there are experts who have a firm handle on things. Some of the most significant progress in that and associated fields happened in the 20th Century. As a matter of personal opinion, I don't think that we actually know as much as we think we do.
