We're short, for various reasons. In fact, we have about $90 in accounts with bills coming in.

In the meantime, we need some cash.

Hatbox Funds Keep Us Online - Moving and Medical Expenses

I had a medical bill for $995 for a procedure last summer that I thought the insurance had paid. I talked myself into a discount on this and paid that, and still may get it back from the insurance after running their obstacle course. Oh, me.

Next month, we will be going to Arkansas to finish moving Melanie out to CA. This will require about $1500 in funds we don't have at the moment.

A bed for Melanie and an air cleaner for me along with some other things for the house ran about $500.

Happy New Year! Not so happy new bills! Hatbox needs funds.

It is the new year and the first in a bit where we haven't taken out a new loan to pay off last years bills. We're going to try not to do that this year; just try to get through month to month. But we do still have a couple of old loans to pay off and, of course, new bills. So it is necessary to post these appeals for help. All contributions are welcome and appreciated.

Mid-month Bills and such - Funds Needed

Besides the regular bills, we have some special needs that have come up.

I did get Melanie's computer replaced by tapping a savings account I hadn't touched in more than ten years. That's about the limit of my serendipitous funds, though.

The tax bill will likely wait till the new year, but a months late power bill has taken its place with more urgency. Ah, me.

Hatbox Near Empty - Please Help

Ten days left in May, and we're still trying to raise money for April. I've been covering some bills from my own accounts. We have currently less than $200 total in all company accounts.

Mid-month bills are due. Money from advertisers and other sources will come in at the end of the month but we need to get there.

And we're broke! - Hatbox down to $10 - Money needed

After recent expenses related to the downtime experienced Mar 29 to 31, and various monthly bills, we're broke. There is just less than $10 in our main bank account, and only $50 in my personal account. More bills are due as it is the beginning of the month.

We need money to get through the rest of the month.

BC Funds and the Hatbox

We came up short last month, so we had to borrow some money. And that needs to be repaid but while we have some of it, we're going to do a few hundred or a thousand in upgrades. Back filling the shortage in January left us behind for February and it's already past the middle of the month.
