Chapter 7

I get my arms around Justin and they lead us to their vehicles. How is it that the bad guys can always seem to afford better vehicles than I’ve ever owned? One of them opens the door with a feral smile on his face showing some teeth.

There’s enough alpha bitch in me that it really pisses me off. And part of me would love to reopen the can of whoop ass I was serving up but I can’t. I’m on a mission for Stevie and I’ve got Justin with me so it’s a quiet, quiet hard stare no growl but all the hard female ire that I’ve learned or been learning to channel.

The Absolution was dead silent. It had been silent since that fateful September day back in 2008 when Toonami was shut down. There was a brief moment when TOM almost came back to life, but that was a while ago. The people responsible for that increase in the robot’s brain activity were startled when they saw what occurred because of the April fool’s joke.

I Cry

I cry for those who have no love, who are in pain.
For those who cant see themselves as they want to,who struggle to be who they want.
I cry for the ones with no voice, who sit in terror of past wrongs.
I offer not pity be strong feel my hand helping you if you slip and my shoulder for you to lean on if need be.
These tears are for the silent screams that all of us shout that no one hears.
Feel my joy as you take a step with out help.

We went right to my room, and put my dress away. I laid on my bed and just looked at mother.

"Why didn't that guy at the mall listen when we said we had boyfriends?"

*Samantha Chase…

I sort of see the puff of Cody reappearing out under the bridge area and then another puff of him vanishing again. “Okay…I hope he’s okay and not getting himself in too deep.”

I feel a Zzzt feeling off in the distance. I say feel that because as a TM or Telemechanic I’m sensitive to electricity this was a serious discharge, and another and another. I hear a scream that goes along with it.

“Shit, shit, shit…that can’t be good.”

Chapter IX - Mother And Shopping

It was going on midnight, and everybody was making their excuses that they were tired, so all the guests started leaving. Mother came over to me and gave me a big hug, and told me we were going shopping again on Sunday.

"I love to go shopping. Where are we going?"

"Well we need to get you a few more jeans and tops. Winter is going to be here very shortly. This is still fall yet, but very soon it will be very cold. You need warm clothes. So, we are going shopping on Sunday. Besides, now that I have my daughter, I want to dote on her a bit."
