I Can't Buy It
Amazon says it is not available in my country (Australia)!
National Amazons
Books go up in the US and UK fairly quickly. A few minutes or hours later they go up in CA and DE. As much as 3 days later, they go up in the rest of the world. It's to do with Amazon/Kindle's internal organization and we can't do much about it.
But it should be up in AU by now, I'll look into it.

The Amazon format changed and confirms it IS available but then sends me round in circles when I try to buy. I'll keep trying until I bludgeon it to death.
