Community is always important, whether that is our community here, or the broader trans community as a whole, and today we have a chance to help another part of the community in need.

TG Forum (tgforum.com) is a long-running resource and community for transfolk, much like ourselves. They’ve been serving the community for almost 30 years, providing information on transitioning aids, presentation, and ways to connect with other people.

Unfortunately, communities take a lot of work to manage, and TG Forum is in need of a new administrator… and we have been asked to help them find one.

We are looking for people who might be interested in helping to take the site on, preferably folks who already have experience with managing a community like theirs.

Anyone who is interested can contact me (rasufelle) via PM, and we’ll pass on who we think are the best candidates for contact with/consideration by the folks in charge of the site.

Once again, community is always important, and BC’s community is more than just our own site, but the broader internet’s trans safe spaces. The better we can help each other succeed, the stronger we all are.
