I was going through Neflix last night and came across a gender role reversal film. I Am Not an Easy Man 2018.

it is a French romantic comedy directed by Éléonore Pourriat. If it is dubbed it is done very well.

Obviously you can tell by the title I am NOT happy about this and for multiple reasons. As someone who prefers buying physical for the superior presentation of the product and the fact that Funimation(owned by Sony) is severely OVERCHARGING to draw people to buy the digital product especially when they cut deep sales on Xbox Live(and likely other places). A product that is questionable that you have ANY right to ownership now given how Sony will be removing Studio Canal digital titles from people's purchased library.

Where I grew up it was used to insult boys "don't be a sissy, stop crying, etc." I have never called anyone a sissy, but I have used it in my stories. This was mainly due to being asked to write about the subject. What I thought of as an insult, I realized some crave to be called and act like "sissies".

The way I see it is, that someone wanting to look, dress, and act in a hyperfeminine way, but not actually want to be perceived as a woman. Possibly a lot of humiliation is involved.

My "sissy" stories do ok on FM, and do well on Literotica. Not so well on here.

and of course that means its raining!

Sorry For the delay in the next chapters of Elven Question and Black Sword. It is that time of the year again. The county recently. The last week has been not stop work with the 4H kids. The boys just finished showing their draft horses this afternoon. The girls showed off their work with the horses they've trained for police work. I haven't had much time for writing. Tomorrow the boys will be pitting their draft horses against tractors in a pulling contest. (*evil giggle* My money is on our boys for the win)

I had been friends with someone here for many years and she helped me through times when I was Suicidal. We used to PM and use SKYPE a lot. I even drove hundreds of miles to visit a couple times. Then she decided to get married and suddenly it was just off and completely so. When I asked questions, suddenly another member here felt obligated to be mean and blunt with me, treating me as if I am a idiot. She even asked if she needed to spell it out for me? Then another member with no knowledge of the situation from across the pond was similarly acting like a YOB.

Yesterday, England won the 2022 women's European cup.

What made it sweeter was it was against Germany. In England's footballing history (Soccer for those in the USA), Germany always end England's dream of winning anything. Often in a penalty shoot-out. The men's team lost to Italy in the final on penalties last year.

So, Watched Thor Love & Thunder this weekend. And I truly enjoyed it, regardless of reviews both good and bad.

But there was just One scene that as a creative person was just awesome.

It was like 'Stranger Things' was doing battle with the 'Justice League' during the middle of one of those old iPhone/iPod/Macintosh commercials (the ones where everything is shadow/silhouette except for the headphone cable). Very very well done and fun. I can't wait to try to put it to proper prose for reference for my books! (Not the exact scene. Just the style)

I post this as a warning to other users. A couple of weeks ago I decided not to renew my subscriptions to McAfee and Norton for protecting my computer from malware and viruses. I did this because another provider was offering the same services for less than half the price that the two former outfits were offering.

Something strange happened last night.

just as Mom and I were headed for bed, we got a call from Sharon. When Sharon is angry, her accent and speed of speech make her hard to understand, but from what I could gather, she had a "feeling from God" about some kind of evil coming into the house, and went to check on Sam, who was playing with her cell phone

Sharon asked to see what she was doing, and Sam refused, and Sharon lost it, and she had called us to take Sam for the night because Sharon couldn't have "a dark spirit" around.

Well it's Friday again and for some of us it is the Time for the ladies get together, this Sunday at 4:00 PM Texas time we will be having yet another get together. Last week was pretty good we had two well known authors from Britain and a German attendee and of course me.

I was hoping to get back into a regular posting schedule by now. even if it was bi-weekly instead of weekly. That plan kinda went tits up with the new job keeping me so damn busy and catching a terrible cold twice in the last month . My immune system sucks, and while I have people making sure I'm taking care of myself and taking vitamins, I can't wait until I can get my medical stuff for Ontario sorted so I can see a doctor about my hormones and anxiety meds. Work has kind of been stressing me out and pushing my anxiety so it might be contributing to things.

There was a story with Mermaids, rather lethal ones, and it disappeared.

The UK weather has returned to summer "normal" 24c today possibly 21c tomorrow, nearly 20c difference from last Tuesday.

Where I work we have aircon. Often the women don't want it on, whereas the men do. The thickness of clothing could make a difference in how hot men feel. I have read that men have more muscle mass, which generates more heat. Apparently, men have a faster metabolism which again generates heat.

Yep, last week we were heading into the warmest couple of days 'on record', this end of the week is as much as 20c cooler!

I have more than 200 unfinished stories clustering around me like tiny, empty, liquor bottles around the corpse of a destitute alcoholic.

Besides the stories I have started and not finished on this site and others, like The Pregnant Boy and 30 Million Reasons, and ones that I am still working on like Pete's Vagina and Special FX, I have scores hidden away on hard drives, many of them tantalizing, fragmentary visions of longer works.

She and I used to talk on Skype, and I made a couple trips out to where she lives. To my knowledge she has not been on line for a while. Does anyone know how she is?

I first became aware of the idea of Two Spirit, reading a story here by "Teddie" (Not the LGBT one) but the one that has been with the Native Americans for a very long time. Remembering past conversations and incidents with my family, it seemed clear that I am from a branch of the Shawnee. Yesterday, it was surprising to find that my Counsellor at OHSU Teaching University brought it up and said that Native American Two Spirit is well recognized in her circles.

With Covid and weak health, I spent just lots of time reading here, on YouTube and other sharing services.

Years ago, I remember Joseph Campbell sayin that there are only a few different stories to tell. Lately I am seeing undeniable confirmation of that. Often I'll be reading a story or watching a movie and I'll remember seeing a scene or hearing a line from somewhere else, especially with things that come from Hollywood.

Well, a little while back, I went to get an MRI on my brain. The site of the tumor I had removed about 3 years ago.

Talked to my neurosurgeon yesterday, and there's no new growth of the remain of the tumor. Just a little bit of thickening in the dura (the membrane that surrounds the brain) where the tumor was.

I hate having to get an MRI. A cat scan is fine, but the tube you go into in an MRI is so stinking tiny! Ugh!

Over the weekend I was horrified to find that Susan Brown's Football Girl 1&2 and Changes are no longer listed on Amazon\Kindle. (UK)

While this isn't an issue for me as I have those books, I was looking for a friend, on both their KINDLE device, smartphone kindle app and Laptop

I ask only as last time this happened to me was when "The Last of the Fey" dropped from Amazon\Kindle lists, while Denise's estate was being taken care of.

Cleaning house, I stumbled upon some old records that show I have a Cyst on the right frontal lobe of my brain that was detected in 2012. I'm seeing my health care provider on Tuesday, and am mildly frightened. Do these things turn into something more serious? The internet is frightening the hell out of me.

The opening salvo (parts 1-4) to my original "A Bikini Beach Summer" just recently surpassed 10000 hits. It's still a distant second to "John's Living Nightmare" at 14500. Similarly, my standalone BB story, "BB: A Boy's Visit" has broken through 6000 hits.

"The Bridge" might hit 3000 sometime this year; I don't know.

A couple of days ago I looked at my reflection in a window and was shocked. I look nothing like a woman, and don't care. I used to work really hard to appear feminine, in leggings and skirt and nice top on my bike. I don't walk much because my knees are both awful, and doing research, at my age (75) knee work just doesn't seem to work out. I'll stop complaining.

Now, when I go out, it is long pants. I have naturally grown B cup breasts but can't wear a bra of any sort because my lymph nodes all up and down my ribs hurt awfully. The girls really stand up with no sag.

Progress! My GP has been in touch and emailed me a referral form for the Tavistock Gender Identity Development Service. Completed and sent directly to GIDS.

Date of referral is today!

Tomorrow is Sophie Auster's 35th birthday and there are two reactions this elicits from me. The first is that I feel really old since I remember when her parents showed her off to me just weeks after birth in their Brooklyn apartment. The second is how proud I am of her success as a singer-model-actress and her fearless championing of LGBTQ+ rights. She is certainly her mother's daughter, in beauty, talent and intelligence.

Not everyone can be beautiful or handsome no matter if they are heterosexual or LGBT. They can be themselves despite those who hate us.

Despite the fact I look like a dude in a dress, nobody said anything negative.

in fact, I got complimented on my outfit while in Walmart

I was getting a few things, and this lady had a little one in her shopping cart, who couldn't keep her eyes off me. I waved at the little one, and that's when the mom complimented me on my outfit

I think I blushed hard enough to drown out the lights.
