I do have a question for all my readers. Anyone who have seen Tim Allen's Zoom's Academy can see the similarities between OTH and that movie. I'm thinking about doing a self-published version of OTH, but if it's Plagiarized that of course is out. I'm simply too close to the story to tell. My question is does anyone think my story is plagiarizic?

I don't know if anyone is still interested, but I have almost finished the next part of Unfinished Business. It has taken quite a while because of other obligations, but I'm going to finish the story. For those who have been waiting I apologize and hope it's worth the wait!

Okay, I'm an old man and still don't know how to use my computer. That being said, I can't thank Holly Hart enough for all the hard work she has done with my latest story. She's teaching me things I never knew besides cleaning up the mess I send her to, "Just take a little look, it won't be hard." This latest part of the story is over twenty thousand words and she has been kind enough to fit me in even though she is in the middle of moving and a new job. Randomly roaming through today's news stories, I discovered this one (predictably enough on the Daily Wail's website) - which instantly reminded me of Stella's opinion of Siá¢n. Hopefully Siá¢n isn't (or wasn't) this bad...

Well, I had a great time at the meeting. Nice guys, and made me feel welcome. So that part was good. Unfortunatly, real life came back with a literal crash at work today. I am stuck working in the stock room at my work for the next 5 weeks, which will mean more hours, but it started with me dropping a roller on my ankle, which really hurt. By the end of the day, I was sore, tired, and depressed. Ah, well.

A few months ago I remember responding to someone who asked would people be willing to post a photo. Nothing Salacious, just a sort of "Hey, this is me!"

Well, at the time, I didn't have any photos of myself, but I did state my willingness to post one, so here it is. Now whoever asked has to look at my face every time I comment on something. Serves ya right!

That was when my sis visited at the end of Novemeber '09. Great visit, horrible picture. Now let the making fun commence!

There are so many things wrong in this world, and recently, there have been many that have gone wrong with the world that have personally touched me. I won't delve into the specifics of what these are - I don't want to wallow in them, as tempting as that may be (I'm tryin' to be a tough girl, heehee). But truth of the matter is - I'm over most of them, and, right now, there is little that is wrong - at least nothing majorly wrong, that is - in my life. Just the usual day-to-day minutiae of life. For now, that is.

I am finally back, got internet again. A new computer and a new place to live, thank the heavens and the earthly Gaia :) rofl... I lost again the drafts to my continutation of the Morwen Cronicles, though I do have my memory which will help to get it back up and running again. I do hope all are well, as I am doing better myself. With the light that so abounds on day, the moon so shines with on all during night...with it I smile bright to all of you with thanks :)

I appreciate this is ‘off topic’ as it were, but I was most surprised to read this article from AA Gill in today’s Sunday times, regarding his dyslexia. He is a perceptive writer whose work I have enjoyed for many a year.
Perhaps some of you here suffer from dyslexia or know someone who does, so please take a few minutes to read what it says, many of us can empathise with the youngsters he meets as well as his own experience.

Every once in a while, someone posts a comment or blog about apparently not being able to reach as TG site such as this because of suspected censorship.

That's not my problem, at least, not entirely.

I can't reach any site except Top Shelf right now. Everything I was connected to and anything I try to reach, not comes up with a page asking me to 'CLICK HERE' to download installation software for Comcast if I'm a customer. OR, if I'm a Comcast Technician,to take the next step, and activate my connection.

What does this have to do with anything TG?

Nuttin'.

I just thought it was so cute, and having spent a fair amount of hours on a rmachine in that size range I know how dangerous it is for the dancer and how hard it is for the operator.

In the US, a show like this could not be done. OSHA, and all the, um, government control freaks would be swarming like ants on honey.

I'll be away and won't have time to post the last two chapters.

Well, I was due for a down, and this one is a doozy. Been struggling with mmense feelings of sadness and grief. Its like being on a little raft, and having a storm form around you. I have no choice but to try and ride the wave, or drown. Fortunatly, I have resources I didnt have before, and I am trying to use them. They include the techniques I have been learning in my sessions with the counsilor at the rape center. I cannot, I will not give up, but the next bit of this climb is going to be tricky.

When I was going to High School, I think, in the early 60's I first heard about the discovery of Genes and Chromosomes. It may have been earlier but I am not sure. Now, nearly 50 years later, they are splicing genes and doing all sorts of alchemy.

Back then, I don't think they even knew much about XX,XY and certainly not XXY or any other of the myriad number of genetic variations.

Well, I am trying to keep positive despite my setbacks. I had my counsiling, and felt very encouraged by my progress in dealing with my rape, as is my counsilor. Now, if I could just find a job, preferably one that will let me transition, things will be great. Meanwhile, I figured I needed a little pick-up, and bought some doller-store panties, and plan to eliminate my male underwear, except maybe a single pair in case I am going swimming or something. Its a little thing, and nobody else will even be able to tell, but it made me feel good, so that counts too.

...Life sure seems like a race. With everything we've had to deal with this past year, it sure feels like I hit the wall. My tremors have increased since my anti-convulsive dose was lowered because my neurologist was worried about my blood pressure. So it's like I have to strike a balance. And the race analogy is actually quite accurate even if it is very annoying.

Well, I got her back. The unit where she went had been built since I last went to that hospital, typical. Still, I found it and they let me park right next to the emergency entrance so she wouldn't have to walk far.

A Time Warner Cable (TWC) spokesman said a "technical glitch" was to blame for the mistake, which lasted two hours in parts of North Carolina on Tuesday.

This part is just plain fun. Jacqui is not only more relaxed as a woman, but she can be donwright playful. Just ask some of those hunky NY Yankee players what happens when she turns on her charm.

Well, I think we have fixed all my stories. Poor Bev, she and I looked like we were going to end up conjoined twins. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, things are moving forward. Tomorow, I go to my provincial goverment office to try and get some finincial help, and for the first time, I am mentioning my gender issues in a official form, including listing dorothy as an "alias". We will see what occurs, but just filling out the forms felt good.

Something weird is happening to my stories, and I am not a happy camper. Somehow my name as the author is being replaced with beverly colleen's. This happened to the first story i submitted, and bev was not pleased, thinking I had used her name without permission. I really hope this is a problem that can be fixed. I am going to have to go through all my stories and make sure i am getting credit. I would hate to have to pull them, but I did write them, and i deserve the praise and blame for them.

I went to the cinema last night and saw Hachiko: A Dog's Story. I cried my eyes out. It was such tear jerker and based loosely on a Japanese story.

As I interact with the world around me, a difference in the way life is and the stories I read and write becomes evident. I don't seem to attract male males into my life, though I do have a dear gay guy friend. So, I hear all their expressions of joy and all their sadnesses, and drama.

Here's the thing. I'm writing a very long novel about an assassin and have the first part edited and would like to post it. The second part is with my editor and I've started on part three. Here's my dilemma. I vowed not to post anything until the whole story is completed as with Runway. When I wrote Show Me The Money I posted it as it was written.It put a lot of pressure on me so you wouldn't have to wait too long for the story to continue. But, the first part of this story is like having a dollar in your pocket when you are drunk. It burns a hole and wants to be spent.

Well, I thought I might share a bit about my ongoing serial, I Woke. It started with learning about N.D.E. - Near Death Experiances. A lot of people have had this experiance, and there seems to be some common moments they share. They have talked about drifting above their bodies, watching doctors and nurses try and revive them. Many have mentioned a great light, and some have said they have heard a voice telling them to go back. Well, our hero(ine) may not have heard a voice, but he is serving a perpose where he is, and there are some surprizes ahead. My only hint - Chaos therory, giggle.

I hate to say it but the new posting of Once the Hero at StarDust will be delayed. I've been hit with a migraine headache from hell and like always I'm taking awhile to recover. I hope it is only a day or two, but for everyone's sanity I have to send it off first to Hope and Kimmie. Yes, my grammar and spelling is that bad! I do have a list of characters that I'll post instead of that last chapter.

I must remember, next time I spend 10-15 minutes carefully crafting a comment, to copy / paste it into a text editor before hitting Preview.

It doesn't always happen, but on several occasions, when either hitting Preview or Submit, the page has decided to reload instead, retaining the comment title but not the comment text. Aarrgh!

It's probably caused by something like a temporary hiccup in communications between my computer and the server, so there's almost certainly nothing anyone can do about it, but it's still darned irritating when it happens.

I was on the Max Train, on the way to the Bank; there'd been fraud on my Debit Card. I was having this delightful conversation, with another woman, about a street girl that had just been sitting on the floor in the car; she'd gotten off.

Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed a very short Hispanic man get on the train with his bike. The normal place for Bikes was full, and under transit rules, he is allowed to put his bike with the general population if that is so.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?" screamed Augustine as she grabbed Lexi to hold her at eye level.

"Run," was Lexi's blunt response.

If you have been on this site for any length of time, then chances are good you have read a few stories with the following scene - a man is made over into a woman, and when he first catches site of his new appearance, he is amazed, (and usualy aroused) by how beautiful, how sexy, how feminine he looks. Well, I dont live in one of those stories. Getting ready for the consilors reminded me just how difficult the road ahead is going to be for me, simply because I dont pass as female. I guess I am stuck, at least for now.

Well, I would like to describe my trip to the counsilor. First, I got dressed as feminine as I posibily could. That meant bra, panties, hose, a purple valour dress, some clip-on earings, and a butterfly necklace. Unfortunately, I had to wear boy shoes, but ah well. Anyway, I was beyond nervous and left home early. I got to the place where the sexual assault center has their office, and it suddenly occured to me that I had not entriely thought this through.

It's been 6 months since I attended my very first TG conference, SCC 2009 in Atlanta Georgia. It's taken me all this time to organize, collate, and digest all I learned and experienced there.
