There’s times looking back that I knew I was different but really I hadn’t a clue at the time how different.

I pull my rental car into the parking lot of my old home. This is where I grew up. The driveway’s still dirt and is just this big half circle that goes from the edge of the lawn to the road. The grass is starting to reclaim it now. My House and my grandparent’s houses aren’t here anymore…Well it’s been a long time.

Chapter 3

The reports take me awhile. It’s why I guess that armies really do run on paper. I didn’t really want to do this stuff but I need to. Mom keeps refilling my coffee and Dad’s still kind of surly; I can really start to see why he hates this, why he never wanted to be part of the life. He actually shot me a sort of sympathetic sort of look and then left after looking at everyone.

Athena/Andrea is sitting with Dorian and are talking is a very foreign language save for the names of people and places that don’t fit the language I mean what ever they’re speaking stuff like “New York” doesn’t seem to translate to. I think he’s getting caught up on current events.

I’m worried about Stevie and I really can’t help it. I have been completely driven to the point of insanity because of this girl. She’s laying on the backseat of the car I’m driving and she’s just staring at her hands, at the dirt and blood on her nail, naked except for a blanket tossed over her. Her hair splashed across her face like a sort of white blonde messy curtain hiding her partly from the world.

I leave the hospital a bit reluctantly at first heading out into the morning sunshine and not bursting into flames was…its bad fiction really, it is the re-souled vampire or Vampyre I guess according to THE GODDESS seeing the sun for the first time in so long.

I really don’t want to burst people’s bubbles but tons of vamps have seen the sunshine, most of us have and do all the time it’s just that we can’t have the sunshine actually touch us.

I wake up and it’s mid morning and I’m feeling sleepy and lazy and really, really good as Taylor’s arms are circled around me. I love these moments, just feeling that. I almost bathe in that really femmy vibe I feel. His arm on top of me is resting in that girly spot; You know that thin spot at my waist just above my hips. I love having that spot, I love having wider hips now.

What can I say but wow?

This is the first story I have posted for like, ages and ever and there you are lapping it up like I'd never been away. I can't believe the wonderful feedback you've been giving me too.

All I can say is thank you to all of you who have read the first instalment.

Part 2 is on the way - under construction as we speak - and whether that will be the end of it I'm not sure, but I won't keep you horror-hungry readers waiting too long (Gabi willing that is).

Thank you all so much for your kind words last night. They truly helped me through a crisis in my life. I think it is sorted out for now, but I do not expect the road ahead to be much easier. Hubby and I have some really major issues to work out and I can only hope that they work out in a way that I like and that he likes as well.

We argued for almost 18 hours last night, but we wound up sleeping in each others arms.

A large part of that is due to you folks here, and for that you have my eternal gratitude.

To My Big Closet Family- I Have Returned From Court

I am going to court tomorrow. It is civil, not criminal court.
I was at home, with the door open, a safety gate barring my doggies from harm.

A member of the "Green Police" called me to the door. "I" was charged with litter in the yard and abandoned vehicles.

Well, I had not been outside to patrol the yard that day, so I did not know that some "local yokel" had left several bags of litter on the side of the road.

As for the "Vehicles", they belong to my brother Randy, with whom I have the "pleasure' of living with.
