The two characters that I can remember are Chris/Chrissy and Mabel. He leaves home and winds up at her bed and breakfast place before meeting up with a girl that owns a clothing store.

A dear friend of mine took a job on the east coast recently and I wrote this for her. She's a sweetheart and while we'll still chat on facebook, it won't be the same as in person.
I just wanted to say how shocked I was to see so many readers of my stories in less than 2 full days of having them posted. I've always been hyper-critical of anything that I've written, so it's rather surprising for them to be accepted like they appear to have been.
