I am going to court tomorrow. It is civil, not criminal court.
I was at home, with the door open, a safety gate barring my doggies from harm.
A member of the "Green Police" called me to the door. "I" was charged with litter in the yard and abandoned vehicles.
Well, I had not been outside to patrol the yard that day, so I did not know that some "local yokel" had left several bags of litter on the side of the road.
As for the "Vehicles", they belong to my brother Randy, with whom I have the "pleasure' of living with.
Well, the yard is taken care of, but his cars are still a
pain in the neck for me. He thinks that to pay a fine is no
big deal as it is his money.
But it is "MY NAME" that is on the court docket. I have to face the judge about my brother's cars.
Please keep me in your prayers as I once again must deal with
my brothers cars.
I will let you know the outcome in an update in this blog.

Well, all I had to do was plead guilty to the charge of inoperable motor vehicles. Thee bad thing is that do not own a
car.
I never have owned a car, let alone learned to drive. The cars
are my brother's. He went with me and paid the fine and court cost.
But now I have a criminal record. Worst of all, It can start over again if they decide to cite me.
I guess the public will find a way to make our lives more complicated than it should be.
There is one good thing though. My church family believes that I am in the right. They let me mildly rant about this case.
They know that i will just get a bit huffy, then laugh at myself. It's great when your family knows you so well.
