That was the only thing Jim could think as his Dad pontificated on all matters of life and love while he drove them both in his beaten-up white van to the job site.
His dad cleaned septic tanks for a living, and Jim was home on summer break for college, so he had been roped (read: forced) into accompanying him to today’s job, while his Dad’s regular guy, Simon, was out sick with a stomach bug, the product of some bad beef empanadas he had had for dinner the night before.
From the time Taylor was five, all he could remember was wanting to be Emma’s younger sister.
He loved dressing up in her hand-me-downs. He admired his older sister and really wanted to be her. Halloween was his favorite holiday because he could let his fantasies run wild and be Cinderella or Wonder Woman. And playing make-believe was always fun when he could be the cute little girl.
But, something happened when he turned twelve. He put away the dresses and costumes. The doll house went up in the attic and Taylor’s fantasies were all in his mind.
Until one fateful Saturday that changed everything. This is that story.
The testing center was packed full of perspective patients waiting as patiently as could be expected for their turn to be poked and prodded. Their faces, for the most part, were plastered with looks of a combination for boredom and anxiety. If one listened closely enough you could almost hear the hum of frayed nerves behind the constant onslaught of crying and coughing.
"I still think I ought to tell him." I dreaded the idea and was hoping Stella could convince me not to.
"Fine okay, you tell him and maybe we'll meet sometime, maybe we won't, you certainly won't see Simon again, and what will it have proved? That you are honest but stupid."
The weekend camping trip has finally arrived, and Carl is heading out to the summer house where his long time friend is staying. Of course, his little sister decides to tag along. This turns out to be a very good thing, since it provides a chance for him to better understand what it means to love and accept someone for who they are.

Doing her best to pretend that nothing was wrong, Christina spent most of Friday helping Misha and Nina with household chores. Her attempts to savor her time with Misha and Nina were crushed by their concerned looks. When she looked into their faces, all she saw was worry. The women carried on all day, making small talk and doing chores. None of them dared to address the complications that that were tearing Christina in two.
Christina felt utterly lost. Had she ever felt so disconnected? Perhaps, when Amy had dumped her, but this was far worse. There was no way she could hold on to her family, and she doubted that even her gift, if Andrei could pull it off, would mend the rift that had formed between her and Alek.

WARNING: This illustrated story (aka comic) contains violence against a transgendered person, including an attempted rape. That's why I rated this story 'Mature Subject' rather than 'General Audiences'. While the main character isn't just a helpless victim, this story definitely has some scenes some might have difficulty reading, especially if they've been the victim of violence. While this story doesn't end as badly as it could, it's pretty far from the disney-esque ending I usually write today.
I created this illustrated story a number of years ago when I had recently moved to a new area and heard about transgendered people being stalked there and about some other things that had been happening to them. It was a time when I realized bad things didn't happen in other places to other people. It could happen where I live. It could happen to me.
That's why I created this story.

Andy Warhol said,"In the future, everyone will be famous for 15 minutes." What if your 15 minutes came late in life, and fame decided to never let you go? Could you survive the circus your life would become?

This is fan-fiction based on Heather Rose Brown's "Gender Express" She has kindly given me permission to post this story. This is fiction is not meant to represent any person alive or otherwise. After everything that had happened so far, it shouldn’t be a surprise that I was a bit nervous about the semi-formal. Alison and I had gotten dropped off at the House with several other girls, maybe twenty in total. We were a bit of a mob and that really didn’t help. I was worried that they might see right through me, even though I had been assured time and again that it wasn’t likely to happen.
And finally, all for now. Tales of the Avis Gurls Club series. Again, If anyone wants to use one of my covers as a cover and write the actual story, no problem. Maybe that could be a contest ?? Just let me know and don't use Tales #1, as I am in the process of writing that story.
OK, I'm trying again with my comic covers. I divided them into four parts by sevens; this is 8-14. If any of you would like to use one of the covers as a cover and write the actual story, feel free to do so, just let me know so that I don't.
Despite my attempts to deny it, friday morning had to come. It arrived and I stayed in bed later than usual. I couldn't sleep worrying about what would happen when we got to the church. Then Pinky and Perky came in at about half past two and banged on my door as they passed, they were also singing at the tops of their voices.
On Friday morning, after Norman and I brought our little girls to school, I was spending some time getting ready for the Shabbat evening meal when Sarah burst into the kitchen.
"Why aren't you in school?" I asked angrily.
"We just caught bin Laden," she replied.
"Who are 'we', and why aren't you in school?"
"Anya, Danielle and me," she told me.
"If you were in school you would know that this time it is,
'Anya, Danielle and I.' So what is going to happen now?"
Well, I hadn't been planning on adding to Madam Martinique's Finishing School, but there were a number of people who seemed to be hoping for more, so I decided to give this story another go. In Part 2, our main character discovers why there seem to be as many girls as boys in an all-boys school and learns a bit more about what makes his new school unique.

I was in town, the bag I was carrying contained a pair of navy shoes with three inch stiletto heels and a small leather handbag in a very close match of colour. I was feeling rather smug that both had been purchased from sale stock, so I'd saved quite a few pennies. Then I saw it.
Esther and Grace played with the tea set Albert had set out for them on a small table in the corner of the room. He had placed their tiny table there so he could keep an eye on them as he scrubbed the counters. Al had washed the dishes the two girls had used for dinner, and then he made sure the kitchen sparkled before he gave them his full attention.
Hi all - This is the first story I've submitted here. My others live at Fictionmania, but it was suggested to me that I should put them up here as well. If people enjoy this one, I'll bring the others over too, and post my new ones here as well. If people say "Lord no, keep that dreck away from here!" I'll slink quietly to my bed and cry in my pillow. :-)
It's a story about Wilbur Green, who desperately wants to be transformed into a huge boobed bimbo. Imagine his delight when he finds out there is indeed magic in the world and his dreams are possible! Imagine his distress when things don't go exactly as he planned!

Brian never wanted to be a girl, but when you have an actress for an older sister, a HUGE resemblance to her, and then throw in an agent who would do pretty much anything to get a contract — it was better to go with the flow, wasn't it?
