'Alterations' continues the story of Stacy's journey from 'Exchanged' and 'Little Hope.' Stacy is a young college student who chose to travel to a new dimension to study their advanced computing technology at a prestigious university as an exchange student. Stacy thought he knew what he was getting into when he traveled, but multiple events show that he didn't plan for every problem he would encounter. Recently on a trip his adoptive parents adopted another Little, Bella, to help prevent her from being taken by unscrupulous Amazons. Stacy now begins orientation and classes at Emerson as the small family attempts to stay safe from the outside threat. Can Stacy manage to navigate college classes and everything the dimension can throw at him, and still make it back home with a degree? (Story set in the Diaper Dimension)

Hello, my name is Teresa and I would like to share a little fantasy with you. Most of it is true, the rest is imagination. I’ll leave it to you to decide which is which; I know that’s my preference when I’m reading stories such as this one.
I woke the next morning, stiff and sore, still in Amy's dress and my ruined makeup. Amy lay near me, propped on her elbow, watching me closely. I noticed a musky taste in my mouth, and it all came crashing back. I didn't know I had that many tears, but I sure shed a lot more of them. The storm passed, and I struggled out of bed to get cleaned up. Amy followed silently, helping where she could, just being close when she couldn't help.
The day dawned bright and clear. The outlook was for above average temperatures. Despite my misgivings, I was looking forward to getting out, and a water park sounded like great fun. The laid-back experience last night had settled my nerves, and I was feeling more confident.

The kids are finally settled into their rooms in Poe Cottage and are planning a good night's sleep before the start of classes the next day. Then a bunch of black clad burglars steal the bust of Edgar Allen Poe, the cottage's namesake. Who needs sleep? The honor of Poe Cottage is a stake!
It had been six months since my wife died. I had been devastated, at her loss, but life must go on. I finally started to circulate and go to some community events. The church I attended had a picnic and I was lonely so I went. The entire event was rather boring and I walked around looking at the various booths. Then I saw the young boy who owned the house next to me. We had chatted a few times and he had told me that his parents had been killed in a plane crash last year and he now owned the house and lived there alone. Bobby was playing gin rummy at the card booth and I stopped and watched the game. He happened to look up and see me and his face turned into a great big smile. I sat and watched until he was done.
