A suitor and a trip to the doctor's office keep Stevie on edge. Once again, I am
a wordy writer, so only read if words are something you enjoy. Also, if you complain
that you don't understand a character's motivation while also admitting you skipped
parts of the story, then... never mind.
I hope you're all remaining well. These are such stressful times. God bless.

It had been six months since my wife died. I had been devastated, at her loss, but life must go on. I finally started to circulate and go to some community events. The church I attended had a picnic and I was lonely so I went. The entire event was rather boring and I walked around looking at the various booths. Then I saw the young boy who owned the house next to me. We had chatted a few times and he had told me that his parents had been killed in a plane crash last year and he now owned the house and lived there alone. Bobby was playing gin rummy at the card booth and I stopped and watched the game. He happened to look up and see me and his face turned into a great big smile. I sat and watched until he was done.
I swallowed hard, and told her without pausing, “I am saying that I want to be your daughter. Really be your daughter. Not just mentally, the way I have come to be over the last few weeks, but physically as well. I realise that Kim has been trying, unknown to me or anybody, to escape from John’s body all her life!”
Billie keeps learning more and more about her strange powers as Tennyo. As she begins to move through the twisted maze of Whateley's Student Services. And that's just to go back to the station to get her luggage.

This story was delayed due to technical problems, but it is advisable to read at least the first stories for Fey, Chaka, Tennyo, Jade, and Ayla to really understand what is going on in this one. Also, It repeats some information already mentioned in other stories. If that bothers you, just skip over the repeated sections, please.

Some light is cast onto the general background, but not enough to provide real illumination. And, alas, none appears at the end of the tunnel for David.
Indeed it is generally a rather dark episode; with nothing in it to provide comfort for those who enjoy a happy ending. Although I suppose such depends on your point of view and where your sympathies lie. With the Foundation or with David?
