These days, Halloween has been taken over by the horror industry but when I was young you went out ‘guising’ which meant being in disguise. One year I was a footballer in my favourite team’s strip. The visual of Amy’s words didn’t help in the slightest. Nor did Julia’s teasing suggestion.

Unfortunately, the whole nature of ‘Would You Rather’ was being stuck with two bad options. The immature game was just normally choices that were completely out of context, rather than a pointed question related to the thoroughly feminine transformation he had undergone. And there was no getting away from it now that his cousin had implied the blackmail that started all of this.

“She promised she would.” Rachel replied as she went over, sat down next to her and put an arm around Tracy's shoulders. “She'll show up. She knows how important the doctor’s visit is today.”

“Yeah....” A tear slipped down Tracy cheek and she looked to the kitten and moved it to her lap. “But what if she...”

Rachel cut her off before she could continue. “Stop that. I know she is coming. You know it too, so stop worrying about it.”
