Authors Note: I posted this short story on Valentine`s day and I am not comfortable with the way it looks or reads. I have edited it and made changes to the story and have posted the new version under the title of Reflections 2. The mirror on the wall sees all and hides nothing.

Here he comes again he looks sad and seems to have lost his way and all interest in life.

“Damn, girl, you dress up nice.” Jake closed his mouth, but his eyes hadn’t blinked. The character on his game died, but he didn’t seem to notice.

Jamie and the rest of his school is surprised by a special performance for their graduation. But the performance isn't the only thing that surprises Jamie about the group that comes to perform.

Melissa was worn out and very, very frustrated. She'd been job hunting in and around Houston for over six weeks now, and every time she put in an application somewhere, she wondered why she had spent all her energy in the bone dry field of business administration.

Valentine's Day would be tomorrow, and she would still be out there roaming the streets looking for a job, just like every day until now.
