The next story I'm going to share with you was told to me by Junior Scoutmaster Emma Jeanette Pierce. I'm also going to confess I went a little overboard with the name of the story. I don't apologize for it at all though, mostly because it conjures up perfectly the vibe I want to capture with these stories.

Michelle had left the doctors with a huge smile on her face. After a long talk with Suzi, she realised a lot of her fears and problems with self confidence came from her stepfather. Cary put his bike away in the garage part of the outbuildings shut the door and walked into the house. "What did you have for lunch?" asked his mum.
"Cottage pie, why?"
"I just wondered, it's chicken casserole for dinner." He nodded and smiled, he loved his mother's cooking and her casseroles were always a tasty treat. "I didn't know you could sing like that?" she added.
"Like what?" he felt his colour rising and it had nothing to do with his recent exercise.

Cali agreed with the plan within a week, but there were a lot of security concerns that needed to be addressed. Sammy’s mom heard her darling child, now nine years old, and spread her arms, and Sammy came rushing to her. The hug was massive and tight, and the love tingled through Sara’s body. After that, he didn’t care.
There was quite a lot that didn’t read quite right in this chapter. I’ve fixed most of it, but may want to come back to it at some time. Please let me know if anything feels ‘off’ – even a little.
