Chapter 16 Recap.
I take a deep breath, clenching my fist slightly as I try to steady myself. Just get it over with. They’re your friends—they’ll understand. Maybe.
I am so, so, so happy that Hunter touched so many hearts. Thank you all for reading
and for so many comments and emails. I really enjoyed these characters and I'm so
happy that you did, too. Please stay well! See you all next time!
Stevie finds himself exploring more and more of his feminine side as he settles into
his sister's home and begins caring for her family. Thank you to everyone who
commented on the first installment. I do love knowing that you are all well and
hearing from you. I appreciate your support. A word or warning, though - I do try
to explore the feelings, emotions and motivations of my characters and that
requires using words.
The drive home was quiet, the tension in the car palpable. David leaned against the window, watching the familiar streets roll by, but his thoughts were far from comforting. The doctor’s words echoed in his mind, and though his parents tried to keep the conversation light, the weight of the unknown loomed over them.
Randy loves nothing more in life than motorcycles. When his friend Nick gives him the opportunity to join in as monkey during a sidecar race, he jumps at the chance -- even if it means wearing pink leathers.
"Yes, but not in a childish way, more an undeveloped shyness, which you have turned into a vibrant and confident, young woman. I am delighted to see it happen."
I went to my room and flopped down on my bed. I felt exhausted. I must have
dropped off to sleep right away as the next thing I remember is Mum shaking
we awake.
I slowly began to wonder if I had made the right choices. Was I bad person for leaving when I did? Did the choice to leave make any sense to me. Being 15 when I left and being on the road for over a year now I wondered?. Have those choices I made a lifetime ago it seems , make any sense?.
Curling up on the sofa she quietly sobbed and let out her pain. This really was it. This was the pain of childbirth; her second birth, her new life. She was grounded now, this was her place, and she wasn’t just visiting. The reality hit her hard. She could quite possibly never see her family again. And this thought rocked her very being.
Mark still acted more than willing to fully accept us as women, if you know what I mean. He was polite, but his actions let us know he was ready anytime we were. Shuddering, I informed him that there wasn’t a snowball’s chance in hell, not that it did any good! Anza told me he was just being a normal guy, Yuk! I told her I had never been that way as a guy, but she just gave me a kiss and replied, “You were never a guy, luv.” Sigh.
The race to recover the amulet is on as Keri and Marc pursue a traitor deep in enemy territory. What they find in the wilds of Camron will bring both joy and sadness - unexpected allies will emerge and the power behind the plot will be unmasked. Part 3 of 3.
"You have crossed the line and now reached the point of no return," Agent Johnson stated.
The look of fear on their faces was clearly evident. They could not move their bodies or say anything. At that moment, they knew that their fates were sealed.
This chapter is very descriptive of farm life in the 1950's in Alabama for many farmers. To begin getting her memory back, Lizzie Jane must begin re-living these moments in her mind.
“Do you miss being Eric?” Sasha looked at the pretty young lady across from him.
“Not a whole lot.” Erika stated after a pause. “Eric was picked on and teased by everyone, all of the time. He tended to shut himself up in a room with his computer.”
“You do realize you’re talking about Eric in third person, don’t you?” Markus grinned.
The look of shock donned on Erika’s face. “I ……. I …… Think I’m ….. becoming…. Two different people.” She realized. “Eric is someone who I used to be, someone I look back on and cringe at what he….. I went through.”
A spokesperson of the local NHS trust, said,"This is the first I've heard of this case and I can categorically assure people in this area that those patients who are diagnosed with Gender Identity Disorder, receive the treatment concommmitant with the diagnosis and recommendation of the doctors involved. However, the numbers of genuine transsexual people are relatively small."
Last time, Novelist/Screenwriter David Fine made a comment to a fashion reporter that may find him in a gown if he's nominated for an Academy Award again. This time, his budding romance with fashion model Maritza Delgado makes a few more strides, as the scheming of his friend clothing designer Claude Marsh helps smooth things over for David.
That sounds like a tall order but the Denver Triplets and the Akins Quads are far from ordinary and their lives are about to change in ways they could never imagine.
Tommy and his twin sister, Cynthia share almost everything. Their looks, their love of cheerleading. But maybe sharing a preference for street-racing bad boys is going too far?
