We certainly do know, Drea.
We know what we need that will make us happy. We know that our journeys differ from each other's and we know our ends are similar. But, because we are "different" from the so-called mainstream, they make light of us and tell us that all we need is a good dose of manhood. I wonder what they wouldbe saying if this was them that was going through this? Very enlitening Drea, and heartfelt and tells it like it is. Yes, Drea, I agree, only a T-girl knows.

Your poem is just so-oo so-ooo appropriate.
It sicken's me that all other physical disabilities like hair-lip or displesia or club foot or even deafness or blindness that might be curable with surgey or medicine, will be cured asap by doctors as soon as intervention is suitable but if a child is born with deformed genitalia the poor bloody kid has to wait forever to get surgery and even now in the US, the insurance won't cover it.
Doctors make me sick. Medicine is all about money and doubly so in America.
