Bars
Some days they capture or imprison
preventing, stopping, barring
And some days they fail to protect
stares, questions, invasion
Some days they keep me safe
preservation and vouchsafety
But some days they fail miserably
Misunderstandings and assumptions
Am I the only one?

There are the bars imposed
There are the bars imposed by others. There are the bars we impose upon ourselves. They are the same...kind of... They seperate us from the outside world, no matter who imposed them. They are not as strong as they appear to be. I understand, I think, maybe not. At any rate, it was a nice poetry. I enjoyed it.
I Read This On The Wrong Assumption

Sorry, 'Drea, for being facetious, but if it cheers you up then maybe some of those other bars will fade away,
Joanne
