Life has some certainties, birth and death of course, but the rest is a mix of Minestrone and Spaghetti, some of which we have no direct influence over. We can however decide whether we want Parmesan or other seasoning, we can give Gnochi a try, doesn't mean we'll like it but at least we'll know. Gaby has reached just such a point in her life, she knows she likes Pizza, she's not averse to Spaghetti or Lasagne but is Gnochi for her? The Gnochi in this case is doing the singing with BlauHase on a more serious level, as a 'hobby' its fine but could this be a change of career? Well you don't find out without trying so that's just what our heroine is about to find out in this, the 27th book of the Gaby saga.
Against his better judgement, a man gives his wife a very feminine piece
of lingerie for their anniversary. She does not appreciate the gesture and makes
an offer that he takes her up on.
The next story I'm going to share with you was told to me by Junior Scoutmaster Emma Jeanette Pierce. I'm also going to confess I went a little overboard with the name of the story. I don't apologize for it at all though, mostly because it conjures up perfectly the vibe I want to capture with these stories.
The Ghostly Dancer at the Annual Cotillion Ball

As we walked up to the mansion my jaw dropped. I looked at my sister with big question marks in my eyes, and she laughed out loud as she said, “Yep, Sis. This is the real deal. This is where you are going to live for at least a little while. Now, follow me. I used my shifting powers to get inside and I actually found the keys to one of the side doors.”

Foxglove cabin rowed past Columbine as they headed out towards the lake.
“Talk about having your own personal flotation devices.” One of the girls laughed.
“Did you know that Foxglove is a poison?” Krystal said aloud for the other cabin to hear, “No wonder their cabin is full of bitter, jealous girls, no other cabin would want them.”
Camp Kumoni By Anistasia Allread Sorry this one not edited either :(
Ricki continues her swimming and her belly dancing. She also finds a job. The news she and Laura feared is confirmed, their Dad is dying. Madeline, Laura and Ricki's Mom, finds out about Ricki. Timely intervention prevents a rape. (Not in extreme detail. The scene should not be overly distressful.)

“Did you get your new prescription yet?” Cathy asked. Not that it was a real prescription; they wouldn’t give me an official prescription yet. Next year I’d go visit the doctor. It wasn’t till I was 16 that they would start with official hormone treatments. But for now I had to stop the damage that was being done by my birth defect.
They say everyone has a twin somewhere. What do you do when your twin is dead and her rich husband fixates on YOU?
Many thanks to my original editor Wendy, and my new Holly and Stan. Props to Maggie for her encouragement.

I awoke in a hospital bed with an IV drip in my right arm, and I could hear the incessant beep of a heart monitor. The lights were low, I was pretty well swaddled in blankets and felt warm and kind of fuzzy. Jeeves was setting in one corner of the room. When he saw I was awake, he quietly left the room. Linda sat next to me, holding my left hand. I felt calm, tranquil, and more than slightly light headed. “I’ve been sedated, haven’t I?” I asked.

The first successful male-to-female sex-change surgery occurred in December of 1952, when American ex-soldier George William Jorgensen was transformed by Danish doctors into Christine Jorgensen. (Two such operations had been performed by German doctor Magnus Hirschfeld in the 1930’s, but neither of them was considered fully successful and so they are generally not counted.) The Jorgensen case received extensive international publicity and led to SRS becoming an accepted medical procedure. Before her operation, Christine had been under the care of Johns Hopkins University endocrinologist Dr. Harry Benjamin. Earlier, there had been another such patient, but that case was classified “Top Secret”.
Synopsis: When most of the male members of the book group decide to go to Wembley to see the Cup Final, the others decide to run a Murder Mystery Game on the same day. The problem is, they don't make games for seven women and one man.
I do apologize for how long it has taken to get this part finished. There will be one final part before this story is ended and I hope it turns out as well as the others have. So for now, I give you:
The Greener Mile - Part 6
Chapter 31
“Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out,” was the repetitive mantra I kept hearing from the masculine voice next to my right ear. Frank was doing his part to be an active partner in the birth of my children. JaNeece was on my other side, holding my hand. She wasn’t saying a word, just holding my hand.

Authors warning. This tale is intense with a lot of violence and heavy religious overtones. They are not my views and I don’t think this is going to happen. Its just a fictional story that I though would be interesting to write. Some of the characters in the story are taken from real people that lived. Some of the names and events are taken from events in world war two atrocities.

The new kid is a genius. At thirteen, starting the ninth grade, he just wants to fit in. His Air Force dad moved the family to Alaska and it's a whole new life.
Maybe in a new life he can be his real self, a girl who decides to call herself Marcia to make it more different from her old name.

After a family tragedy, young David decides to live by himself in his home where he can be his true self, Katie. It's almost like a dream as Katie explores her new life.
But it's not easy. Where will she get money? How can an eleven-year-old deal with something as mundane as shopping when at any moment some adult may decide she needs help from police, doctors, teachers or lawyers?
It's lonely, too. Katie needs a friend, but who can she trust with her secret? That she's just a child living in her home, alone?
