Now for the Final Act of this story...
On Saturday morning, Nelson took his second pill then ate his usual breakfast of Cheerios with fruit and milk. This time he added sugar to his cereal, something he wasn't sure he liked.
This has to be the worst day ever. I start out by running late for work with no time for breakfast. I'd been kept awake all week by strange dreams, and today it caught up to me. I underwhelmed a valuable client, my boss and some co-workers during a really important presentation because I felt so distracted. All day I just couldn't focus on my work, and every time I tried my thoughts wandered back to those dreams.
“I’m sure Miss Benson put no pressure on you to cover her butt either to keep up this charade?” Mom spat.
“Really Mom!” I pleaded. “I chose this.”
“Lynn, I’m so angry right now, please, don’t say another word! You and Mindy could have ended this before things went beyond crazy. All you had to do was tell the truth, and Miss Benson should have accepted that she was part of a cruel hoax. That should have been the end of it.”
“Please don’t be angry, Mom! I really don’t mind being a girl."
“This is it bitch, Lesley chucked me after our last little meeting and I’ve not had the pleasure of any female company since” his hand over my mouth as he spoke. “So me and you are going inside to have some fun, I’ve god bags of seed saved up and I’m going to empty it into you, every hole you’ve got, by the time I’m finished with you, you’ll be begging for more rather than have it off with that little pussy you married, so move”
Nelson weighed himself before dinner, still just 108, and took his first pill. He drank milk instead of his usual water and ate a large helping of lasagna though he didn't ask for seconds.
The two friends carried their burger combos outside to eat on the patio in the early summer sun, only one more week of junior high before real summer began. One week, one Friday and the rest of Thursday afternoon, to be accurate.
It is morning of the second day of work weekend and Caitlin and the other pledges are rudely awakened and tossed into another fun day of labor. However, the whole issue that was revealed is making things a touch uncomfortable.
"Ben, can you come here for a moment." Any time Gina used his name, Ben expected that she had something "up her sleeve," as it were. He wasn't far from the truth.
"Wh-what?!" said the man, scandalized. "That's outrageous! We're not child stalkers! We're agents of the US government, here looking for known lawbreakers you're sheltering!"
What would you do for your career? What would you do for your best friend?

Andrea Leonard believes that television is where great actors go to die. A star of stage and screen, she fervently objects when her agent wants her to take the lead role in a television series.
Don Champp's life is in neutral. He isn't sure what he wants to do with his future, or what he wants to be... or who. When an agent tells him they have the perfect role for him, he takes the card and tries out for the part without any expectation of it turning into something more.
