A friendly place to read, write and discuss Transgender Fiction.
Home of 3000+ chapters of Easy as Falling off a Bike by Angharad and many other stories.
I'm going to use this as a place to discuss search, how to use it and what people want to use it for.
A few things:
When you use multiple words in a search, the default is to perform an OR search. Searching for curly perm will turn up both curly and perm and will list first results that have both terms.
Searches are case insensitive. Perm, perm and PERM are all the same.
Searches are made for roots, so perm, perms, permed and perming are all the same. But permanent is a different word.
A plus symbol in front of a word in a search means that word is required so curly +perm will return only results that have some form of perm in them and will prefer ones that have curly, also. +curly +perm results must have both words though not necessarily next to each other.
A minus sign means do not include the following word in results so perm -curly would return results that matched perm but would not include ones that also had curly.
Quotes around a phrase will search for an exact match, but will still ignore case. "curly perm" will match Curly perm and lots of variations but both words in that order must be present.
Comments are regarded by search as part of the post.
The sidebars allow you to restrict searches to posts that match various criteria, like type of post, audience rating or authorship. At the top right is a sidebar that allows you to control how the search indexer orders results.
When we upgrade to Drupal 7, this will all change a bit but not drastically.
You can use this thread to ask questions and make comments about search.
Life has some certainties, birth and death of course, but the rest is a mix of Minestrone and Spaghetti, some of which we have no direct influence over. We can however decide whether we want Parmesan or other seasoning, we can give Gnochi a try, doesn't mean we'll like it but at least we'll know. Gaby has reached just such a point in her life, she knows she likes Pizza, she's not averse to Spaghetti or Lasagne but is Gnochi for her? The Gnochi in this case is doing the singing with BlauHase on a more serious level, as a 'hobby' its fine but could this be a change of career? Well you don't find out without trying so that's just what our heroine is about to find out in this, the 27th book of the Gaby saga.
Against his better judgement, a man gives his wife a very feminine piece
of lingerie for their anniversary. She does not appreciate the gesture and makes
an offer that he takes her up on.
The next story I'm going to share with you was told to me by Junior Scoutmaster Emma Jeanette Pierce. I'm also going to confess I went a little overboard with the name of the story. I don't apologize for it at all though, mostly because it conjures up perfectly the vibe I want to capture with these stories.
The Ghostly Dancer at the Annual Cotillion Ball
Told By

Harry thought he was just making a little joke, but the women in the office weren't laughing.
So they made a little bet and Harry would win if he followed the women's dress code for a month.
How hard could it be?
Cierra nodded solemnly and swallowed, “But … I think I could be pretty good at sports … for a girl that is … and … and I know it wouldn’t be as much fun for you … like it would be if I was your son … but … I’ll try really hard and I won’t cry and … if I’m tall I bet I’ll be good at basketball if my knees aint busted again … or I’ll play baseball … or maybe even football … and that would be cheaper for you then if I was a boy ‘cause you won’t got to buy me a cup … just pads.”
David’s face turned crimson as he dropped it against his chest and whined. “Five women in the house … I’m always buying pads.”
Five for Fifty Chapter 4: The Clock Strikes Midnight
It was too late. The stylist led me back and started washing my hair. It would only be a matter of time until I doomed Brett to a miserable school existence!
Emily fed me a large breakfast and drove me home a little later that morning. On the ride back, as I drifted into and out of dreamland, Emily explained why I would feel tired for the next day or two. It's something all werewomen experienced. The strain of transforming so rapidly and dramatically finally catches up with a person on the morning after their last forced shift. Today was my hangover from a weekend of femininity. It would be the first of many to come.
“I need to get back to the party, Uncle Phillip. I find it exciting.” I turn to the French and give a slight curtsey as I say, “Excusez-moi, je trouve le divertissement fasciner ici, et je ne veux manquer rien,” then I swept past them as their mouths drop open and they watch me return to the ballroom where I begin to look for Aunt Julie.
I melted as Steve, of all people wanted to buy me jewelry. He put his big strong arms around me and pulled me in to give me a goodbye peck on the cheek. I was putty in his arms and melted with his kiss on the cheek. He whispered in my ear, "Terri, see you Saturday, I will pick you up at 3, please stay for dinner and maybe you could bring your new purchase from Victoria's Secret too".
Feminizer Disease Takes My Body Over
Chapter 18
By Terry Hansay
I didn't know how to answer her question. I found myself saying, “But, how? I looked totally different this afternoon.”
“When I saw you standing there, checking me out, I noticed your aura. I assumed you could read mine too, at first.” Emily said. “But then, after you said what you did and walked away, I knew better. You heard 'her' voice while you were looking at me, didn't you?” she leaned in close after asking.
This is a fan fiction set in the Firefly/Serenity universe created by Joss Whedon. It takes place soon after the events in the television series and the companion motion picture that followed, and is also the fourth part of a sequel to Firefly: Connecting Flight. This means it has SPOILERS, folks, and major ones at that. So please don't read this unless you get the chance to see the series and the movie -- and read my first Firefly story (and the first three chapters of this one).
In the fourth part of FIREFLY: DOUBLE BOOKED, the crew finds out where the cargo's destined for, and ain't none of 'em are happy about it. A lot happens between pick-up and delivery -- folks get inventive, Wash learns more about herself than she'd like, and everyone wonders if, just this once, Mal's plan will finally go smooth. *snort* As if.
As Katrine went out to look for her morning paper it was the first thing she noticed, the total absence of sound. The morning had come with a terrible silence. The birds and other small wild life that you normally would expect in their suburban dream were nowhere to be found. It was as if they all had gone into hiding.
This romance is very 'raw'. I just wrote it so there will be mistakes in it. And some technicalities when it comes to construction may be wrong, as I can't check it on the Net as I write, so bear with me please.
When Steven Brooks was forced to dress as a girl over Christmas break, it was supposed to have been a punishment. Instead, it opened his eyes to how things just made more sense if she were female. Stephanie, as she’s now known, has been seeing a psychiatrist and hopes to be diagnosed as officially transgender, so they’ll give her hormones and operations and stuff to make her a girl for real. In this episode, Stephanie follows up on some plans she made in previous episodes, as she goes on a shopping trip to the mall with her friend Debbie, and goes over to her boyfriend’s for a Super Bowl party. It’s Feb 1, 2008, and she’s just spent the day taking placement exams at her new school.
I may even be able to entice my husband into bed with this outfit. Of course, he might be the kind of man who likes to see his wife in a formal gown. I remember my eyebrows and go over to the vanity. I check them out and do a little judicious plucking. Better. Maybe a little more here… and there… and there…. Good! Wish I had just a slightly darker shade of lipstick. This shade looks just a little too young for me, it will probably annoy me until I can find another shade.
I stared at the bonnet of my beautiful, shiny car and could not believe what I saw. I had thought my troubles were over and the tricks played by Nigel were a thing of the past. But no, it seemed I still had problems.
...
"Megan?" I heard someone ask while we were eating. I turned to look, and Emily was standing there, looking at me trying to decide if what she was seeing was real.
"Hi Em," I started, not quite sure how to explain my presence
Sir…. Another thing I would need to become adjusted to. No longer Sir, but Ma’am. This sex thing has me bothered though. What if I don’t like it? What if I do??? Geez, this whole thing is making my wicky wacky, sorry, it’s driving me nuts. I wish I could talk with Mom and Sis. I also need to ask the General if I may talk with them. Clearances. Yeah, they probably won’t let me talk with them because this is a secret mission. I think Mom and Sis will be okay with my change. I’m not certain I will be. It’s fun when I know I may change back, but permanently?
Did she recognize me? Well she walked right past me and took a seat without a word so I guess not. Now that the matter of her recognizing me was settled, I felt compelled to ask. In a shy, frail voice much higher than the one I was used to, I found myself saying, “You guys...what's a day-walker?”
“Oh for Pete's sake Heather, you said you covered the important stuff.” belted Vanessa. “And with melons like hers,” Vanessa stood and gestured to my ample breasts, “that should have been the first chapter you told her to read.”
I found myself fighting back tears on the drive back to my place. Questions sprang to mind, 'Why me? Why should I have to put up with this curse?' but no answers came. Pulling into my lot, I saw an unfamiliar car in my reserved parking space. Could it be Heather?
My front door was unlocked, I knew she was behind it. She looked up at me as I entered the apartment, I must have been a sight to see in those over-sized boy clothes. I expected her to be angry with me, but she seemed more concerned. That's when the tears came.
She stayed in Japan after the breakup of her first J-Pop band, Texas Belles. The other American members went their own ways, some of them back to the states.
But no one in Japan ever knew Sam, the American bass-playing boy who joined his sister’s band and helped make them a hit. Sam is Ayumi now, as real as a girl can get. And she wants to keep doing what she does best.
From insubordinate Hellhounds to Hellish Bureaucracy, Lorelei is learning to deal with The Ways of Infernal Power. It ain't easy, in fact, it can be hard as Hell. And that's just for starters!
