Lesbian sgt. discharged after police tell military

Lesbian Sergeant Discharged

By TIMBERLY ROSS, Associated Press Writer Timberly Ross, Associated Press Writer — 29 mins ago

Jene Newsome played by the rules as an Air Force sergeant: She never told anyone in the military she was a lesbian. The 28-year-old's honorable discharge under the "don't ask, don't tell" policy came only after police officers in Rapid City, S.D., saw an Iowa marriage certificate in her home and told the nearby Ellsworth Air Force Base.

Book 7 in the Gaby saga sees all sorts of action from our Hero/Heroine.

More action on the Bike and with the gang, getting into all sorts of trouble.

Just where will it all end?

Story writing as a skill or becoming a Wordsmith

As I interact with the world around me, a difference in the way life is and the stories I read and write becomes evident. I don't seem to attract male males into my life, though I do have a dear gay guy friend. Indeed, almost all of the friends I have here where I live in Portland are College age genetic females, and most of them think of me as sort of a pseudo Mom. So, I hear all their expressions of joy and all their sadnesses, and drama.

Where's all the good cartoons?

If you value your intelligence please ignore this drivel. Today marks one week without smoking (yeah me). And I need something to complain about.

I’m sitting here playing on the computer while my son is watching cartoons. Some weird one that is just annoying to overhear as is it to watch. So I took the remote and tried to find one I could tolerate listening
to. And what do I find? No Saturday Morning cartoons. What happened to the good ole toons I used to watch growing up. You know the ones that were on all the local stations for hours every Saturday before the games.

Regrets? I've had a few..

Regrets, I've Had A Few

by WannabeGinger

But then again, too few to mention……… I don't think so!

Indeed, many crossdressers have lives filled with regrets. They/we have to console ourselves with the high spots, the wonderful interludes in which we indulge ourselves. Before we feel guilty, or before we hastily hide away things that will betray our desires.

Shopping at Lane Bryant - love it

My wife and I were at Lane Bryant last night buying her bras. Mind you I was wearing my bra, my wife loves me wearing a bra, by the way. I am so lucky. So, while she was shopping and I loving all the pretty bras. The clerk was helping another couple, close to us. The clerk said to this couple, "This would not be the first time I have measured a man for a bra". My wife and I quickly looked over to this couple and the clerk. No, she was not measuring him, but he could have had a bra on, he looked like he had a figure.

Okay, here's the thing

Here's the thing. I'm writing a very long novel about an assassin and have the first part edited and would like to post it. The second part is with my editor and I've started on part three. Here's my dilemma. I vowed not to post anything until the whole story is completed as with Runway. When I wrote Show Me The Money I posted it as it was written. It put a lot of pressure on me so you wouldn't have to wait too long for the story to continue. But, the first part of this story is like having a dollar in your pocket when you are drunk. It burns a hole and wants to be spent.

I Woke, Part 3

I Woke
Part 3
By Dorothy Colleen

I waited. I was about to go into a MRI machine, and its soft hum calmed me enough to help me gather at least some of my wits. I had been feeling fragile and emotional for a while, making it hard to think, but I was able to use a grounding technique I had learned last year.

I woke, and N.D.E.

Well, I thought I might share a bit about my ongoing serial, I Woke. It started with learning about N.D.E. - Near Death Experiances. A lot of people have had this experiance, and there seems to be some common moments they share. They have talked about drifting above their bodies, watching doctors and nurses try and revive them. Many have mentioned a great light, and some have said they have heard a voice telling them to go back. Well, our hero(ine) may not have heard a voice, but he is serving a perpose where he is, and there are some surprizes ahead. My only hint - Chaos therory, giggle.

Jacqui doesn't know who she is until she sees what she does.

Jacqui doesn't know who she is until she sees what she does. Realizing that is one of the keys to understanding Jacqui's story.

She is put into a strange situation, which quickly becomes very stressful, and is given a new identity, which she doesn't really understand. It's one thing to play at crossdressing, as John had done, it's quite another to actually live as a woman, as anyone who has tried will tell you.

Once the Hero Delay

I hate to say it but the new posting of Once the Hero at StarDust will be delayed. I've been hit with a migraine headache from hell and like always I'm taking awhile to recover. I hope it is only a day or two, but for everyone's sanity I have to send it off first to Hope and Kimmie. Yes, my grammar and spelling is that bad! I do have a list of characters that I'll post instead of that last chapter.

Again sorry everyone!

Hugs!

I hate it when that happens...

<rant>

I must remember, next time I spend 10-15 minutes carefully crafting a comment, to copy / paste it into a text editor before hitting Preview.

It doesn't always happen, but on several occasions, when either hitting Preview or Submit, the page has decided to reload instead, retaining the comment title but not the comment text. Aarrgh!

It's probably caused by something like a temporary hiccup in communications between my computer and the server, so there's almost certainly nothing anyone can do about it, but it's still darned irritating when it happens.

This Could Only Happen to Khadijah :)

OK, no one is allowed to chastize me for this!

I was on the Max Train, on the way to the Bank; there'd been fraud on my Debit Card. I was having this delightful conversation, with another woman, about a street girl that had just been sitting on the floor in the car; she'd gotten off.

Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed a very short Hispanic man get on the train with his bike. The normal place for Bikes was full, and under transit rules, he is allowed to put his bike with the general population if that is so.

Edeyn Corey Haim found dead at 38, 11 March 2010...

Wow. I grew up watching the Coreys in just about everything. The Lost Boys. License to Drive. Dream A Little Dream.

... and of course the string of endless B (and C) flicks. It's kind of like a part of the 1980s just died for me. I know he grew up to be a drug addict, but... come on.

Hey

I’ve been reading stories on this site and others for about three years now and finally decided to become a member. I’d love too even post my own stories if I thought they were good enough, or even finished for that matter. What took me so long to join, and even get the courage to write this is fear. Which is probably silly really. I cross dress at home. And I’m extremely lucky that my wife accepts it so well. She even buys clothes for me when she’s out shopping for herself.

Jacqui

Okay folks, part V of Jacqui is up. And it's a meaty one. So far, Jacqui's life has been pretty sheltered (though hardly uneventful), but now is the big event, a date with a guy. How does a t-girl react?

In this case, it's life changing.

If you like to understand the characters you read about, this is a chapter you'll love. How does a crossdresser decide she might be a (transsexual) woman, or, simply a guy with a feminine side who loves to dress? It's journey we all take by different routes, and we all end up in different places. Here is one journey you can begin to savor.

Part V - Dating Kurt — Finding Jacqui

"Jacqui, I really do like you."

I jumped up, startling her. "Like, not love? Is that what our relationship has become? And so quickly too?"

. . .this was a wonderful opportunity that so many T’s long for - a formal date with a charming man.

"You and I both know that if I have surgery, it will mark the end of John."

passing

If you have been on this site for any length of time, then chances are good you have read a few stories with the following scene - a man is made over into a woman, and when he first catches site of his new appearance, he is amazed, (and usualy aroused) by how beautiful, how sexy, how feminine he looks. Well, I dont live in one of those stories. Getting ready for the consilors reminded me just how difficult the road ahead is going to be for me, simply because I dont pass as female. I guess I am stuck, at least for now.

So, Here I Am

CHAPTER 5

I took the move to Indiana as a sign that I was a failure at being a boy. Of course, I knew that I really wasn’t a boy. But, at the same time, I was not a girl either. That left me a nothing; just an empty shell wandering through time. I certainly felt empty.

UK Street View update - 96% roads covered.

Completely off-topic, but it may be of interest to Anglophiles...

Google have released a giant update to the UK street view coverage (the panoramic photos taken from Opal Astras with funky camera gear on top), taking it from a few major cities and patchy coverage elsewhere, to (they claim) 96% of UK roads.

Here's a few highlights, (inevitably) from Land's End to John O'Groats, plus a few extra locations thrown in for good measure.

Too bad that the US health system is so bound into the "free" market system. Notice how a person who is TS has the same feelings as a TS and another language in another country. So much for a "lifestyle choice". Nice that the new leader is trying to drag Cuba into a more liberal attitude.

Part IV - The Parties

"Well, aren’t we special?" she replied, sarcastically. "Poor little Jacqui was kissed by a boy and she’s not happy about it. Perhaps she should become a nun."

"Jacqui, I’ve noticed a change in you over the past few days. Want to tell me about it?"

"I shall take Jacqui to the ball then," he said.

ABC News Story About Uganda Tonight

I saw a story about the law in Uganda that calls for putting Gays and Lesbians to death. It talked about the group of American evangelicals who have gone over there and incited people to use vigilante tactics to hunt down and kill anyone thought to be Gay and Lesbian. They showed the crowd films with Gay porn and worked the crowds into a frenzy . I sincerely hope the U.S State Department and the U.N take some kind of action to prevent this open call for genocide.

going to the counsilor's

Well, I would like to describe my trip to the counsilor. First, I got dressed as feminine as I posibily could. That meant bra, panties, hose, a purple valour dress, some clip-on earings, and a butterfly necklace. Unfortunately, I had to wear boy shoes, but ah well. Anyway, I was beyond nervous and left home early. I got to the place where the sexual assault center has their office, and it suddenly occured to me that I had not entriely thought this through.
