Angharad and I share a couple of characteristics. We're both Guardianistas and we both ride bikes but I've long suspected that her 'real' identity is ... Lucy Mangam, Guardian columnist. The writing styles are so similar. Take Lucy's contribution this morning as an example and tell me you don't find similarities with the (allegedly) fictional Cameron family in 'Bike' :

Search for Lucy's earlier columns and I think you'll find the evidence is overwhelming. I wonder she finds the time.

We assume that this Lucy is even a tad honest. She must be no more than a distant cousin. 18 months ago, Angharad was far to busy writing Bike - to have time to organize a wedding for herself. :-) Another thing - the Pictures don't match. And, most important, there's no mention anywhere of Ang's partner in writing, Bonzi. As he's the senior partner in that pair, do you think he'd let her get away without crediting him as he deserves?
That said, Miss Lucy does also have a marvelous sense of humor in her writing. Perhaps Ang ghost writes some of her columns? LOL.

It's a joke.
I've met Angharad in real life. I know she isn't really Lucy Mangan who is a well known humorous columnist in our daily newspaper of choice. Angharad's humour is remarkably similar Ms Mangan's. That's all there is to it.
