Life has some certainties, birth and death of course, but the rest is a mix of Minestrone and Spaghetti, some of which we have no direct influence over. We can however decide whether we want Parmesan or other seasoning, we can give Gnochi a try, doesn't mean we'll like it but at least we'll know. Gaby has reached just such a point in her life, she knows she likes Pizza, she's not averse to Spaghetti or Lasagne but is Gnochi for her? The Gnochi in this case is doing the singing with BlauHase on a more serious level, as a 'hobby' its fine but could this be a change of career? It`s bitter cold I`ve been chasing the mysterious figure throw the snow for 2 days and never quite get close enough to see who it is.

Whoever it is seems to be running for their very life, but if they don`t stop they`re going to die a painful death or a lingering one.

There is a high cliff about twenty miles in front, if they take the path they`ll end up on the moors were very few people live.

Whoever it is had taken the path, there are no trees for many miles and the land under the blanket of snow is just heather cobered peat bog.

That was all I needed from that weekend, but not all I wanted. Ideas came thick and fast, promises followed behind, and Arwel astonished me by promising to sort out the flowers. It was only later that I discovered the sly old bugger had relatives with a flower shop.

Our second night was spent in the pub, as is only natural, but this time Merry had gone home, and it was a much more sedate evening. Alice had her foot firmly on the brakes with her husband and stepson, and I suspect the hangover hadn’t been forgotten by Eric.
