I am doing something i have never really done for a story before - do some research. Its actually kinda fun, to look up stuff, even if it may not end up in the story, but just to have in my head as background as I go. Meanwhile, I am kinda up and down emotionaly and in terms of my faith. I dont feel as bad as before, but now I kinda feel exhausted, numb. I am not sure if thats actually better or not

But internet is hard to come by -- and no power plugs where there is internet, so no long periods there! At least for now. In about 3 weeks when I'm in Melbourne, I should be more regularly online!

Hi, apologies for the wait on this next chapter of Maiden by Decree. Real Life has once again conspired to keep me from the keyboard and I know this one is short. I wanted to make sure all you believed me when I was telling you I hadn't dropped the story and it will be completed.

I can tell you that the chapter after this one is going to get really exciting and will be longer.

Apparently this week is "Bike Week" - no, nothing to do with Portsmouth's very own soap opera, but (the organisers claim) "a national celebration of cycling!"

Apparently it's "an annual opportunity to promote cycling and show how cycling can easily be part of everyday life. Demonstrating the social, health and environmental benefits of cycling, the week aims to get people to give cycling a go all over the UK. This year they aim to make 'everyday cycling for everyone'!"

Welcome to Volume 2 of my request for user assistance on my story Princess For Hire!

I'm working on adding in bits and bobs from Volume 1 into the story as it goes on, but while I'm doing that I had some more questions for my readers.

Who let the Cat out of the bag?

I haven't posted it yet, but will do so tonight. I just wanted to give a warning because it's rather depressing and not very good. But I don't have anything else to post and it's been sitting on my hard drive for a month or so, so I figured I'd post something, no matter how bad. Yeah, really makes you want to read it, doesn't it? ;)

I am really struggling to hold on to my faith right now. I have had moments of doubts before, but not like this, where the idea of a heaven seems laughable. I feel 3/4 dead, just going through the motions.

I used to weep and kill my pillow after my shrink said that my emotional development had been arrested. My God, I can't remember her breaking any laws! At the time, she said I was emotionally 12. Oh, God no! I did not want to go through being 12 again. Imagine me driving on busy freeways! Yalla!

So, now she will give me 17! GAH!

That must be why I listen to Shakira, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, GaGa, Ke$ha, Avril Lavigne and other pop grls.

Another person recently inquired about a Space Opera story they were looking for. This brought to my mind Marina's story The Last Frontier over on Sapphire's. She seems to have left a large portion of her later works unfinished, and I just wondered if anyone ever hears from her, or knows of her, or maybe if something happened to her. She authored quite a few really good stories then just faded.

I was having an actual date the other night and before hand we were talking about her coming over to eat. I said I'd cook. She was surprised and asked if she could watch. I said sure because I know she didn't quite believe that I could, I asked her what she liked and Kymm aparently likes Italian. I found that neat because she's Korean.

Okay, we’ve been back a week and already we’re planning our next trip with the Limousin in mind.

The houses we visited the first time we went were appalling and we wondered whether anything resembling our dream house was going to be possible this time.

If you were a sworn officer in the last 20 years in a relatively large metropolitan area, or have done vice, I need to talk to you, please. Just needing a reality check here. We can talk on the phone or skype or email ...

In writing, sometimes I get so involved in the plot that I fear I am going round the bend sometimes. Part of that is due to the fact that lately while doing research for my stories, I have found out things that are even more astonishing than what I have written!
