The third story in the ‘It Matters’ series following the adventures of Outlook, based within the Whateley Academy Universe.

December 19, 2007: Whateley Academy

Virgil Cooper cranked the steering wheel to bring his garbage truck off the main road and onto the gravel driveway leading up to Whateley Academy. The snow had delayed him since the roads were a mess, and he’d lost time helping push a stuck car out of the ditch.

It’s the sway she walks.

Sometimes it's a look, the voice or the body that attracts. Me, I love an intelligent girl - especially if …. what do you think I mean.

“ Hey, Reid. When are you gonna give me my parking spot?”

“ My parking spot. I bet Carswell far and square.”

“ So lets run for it. This thing will eat any of your Buick's”

Chuckling, “yeah right. OK, Friday 11 pm Monastery drag. But I had better give my winter beater a tune up to make it fair.”

10 P.M: a Friday night. A black van drives through the streets of Washington D.C.
The streets are filled with upset people.
In the van 15-year old Taylor Peters makes a call home.

Chapter 4: Wanting to Be

Last Time:

Adam was tired all of the time. Everyday, nonstop. No matter when he went to sleep, he always felt like he had gotten none. The only thing that even remotely helped him was coffee.

One day, he woke up to find that he had forgotten to set the coffee maker to brew last night. Disgruntled, he headed over to to the cupboard to get the bag of beans. He grabbed it, and opened the bag. He groaned as he saw it was empty.

“Ms Wilson will see you now,” said the assistant.

I stood up and after a moment’s hesitation; I followed her into the very impressive office. The views out over East London were impressive.

They should be. We were on the twenty third floor of one of the large tower blocks that fringe the edge of the City of London.

Ms Wilson stood up from behind her desk and came to greet me.

“Thank you for coming Susan. Please take a seat.”

I was shown to a comfortable seat where after smoothing my skirt I sat down.

Kelsey

As the July 8 Sun streamed in her basement bedroom window. Kelsey Shadow Reid, a brown haired, green eyed 17 year old high school student slept quietly. At about 11:30 the phone rang. She picked it up after 4 rings.
“ Hello”

“ Hi, Babe”

“ Hi, Scott, What’s up?”

“ Where were you last night?”

“ I was at the parking lot show at the Silver dome, Why?”

“ I thought I told you to be at Ryan’s party last night”

“ Well you did and I told you that I was not going to be there because I had that show.”

Hello there. My name is Patrick Robert Walker, and I'm writing this blog because I'm worried. I've had some weird things happening with my body lately. I haven't had to shave in several weeks. I'm 26, and I used to need to shave four or five times a week. But ever since Labor Day, my facial hair has been growing less and less. At first, I didn't mind not having to shave, but now my whole face is perfectly smooth.

AMBER PT 8

On Saturday, the girls where 3 months old. A knock came to the door. Opening it there was a small girl. She looked 15. “ Hi, Can I help you?” I asked her.

“ I'm Emily Chapmann. I saw an ad and wonder if you are still looking for a surrogate mother.”

“ Emily How old are you?” I asked.

“ Everybody asks that. I am 21.”

Emilio and his family were going to the town pool for the afternoon. Emilio's dad was at work, so Emilio had to go with his mom and his two sisters Lucy and Kendra. Emilio was sixteen, Lucy was four, and Kendra was six.

When they got to the pool, the family split up. Mom went with Lucy and Kendra through the women's locker room, while Emilio went through the men's. Emilio changed from his regular clothes into his Speedo. Then he went out to go swim in the swimming pool.
