Teela and Emily arrive at the address they were given. They looked at the building in front of them and couldn’t believe that it used to be some sort of warehouse.
“Are you sure you have the right address, Teela?” Emily looks at her friend.
“I’m sure. This is the address Jester gave me. She also gave me the entrance code as well.” Teela walked into the small foyer and noticed there was a metal keypad with black numbers and letters.
In this chapter, Emily navigates a day filled with grief and reflection as she bids farewell to her mother. Amidst the weight of the occasion, small moments of kindness and support from those around her offer glimpses of comfort and strength, helping her take the first steps toward healing.

Still not looking at her I sigh and say “I guess.”
She then does something that I wasn’t exactly expecting and sits her and myself on the ground and says “Alex, I know you’re struggling with your new surroundings. I would be myself if I were in your shoes. But what I want to ask is, who is the real you?”
The Other Side of Me – Part 16
by Limbo’s Mistress
After I left Jackson’s house and managed to drive across town to my own residence, it was nearly midnight. During the trip, I found my thoughts being pulled a hundred different directions, none of which did anything to ease the anxiety threatening to overtake me.
“First you will need to see a mental health professional to get diagnosed with gender dysphoria. They will recommend you to a specialist. Who will prescribe the hormones.
“Come on Tabs. I've known you too long even when you where a boy. I know you didn't see any Dr. At first.”
As a successful transwoman, I find the whole idea of forced feminization – shall I say – distasteful. For me the idea of being forced to appear as the opposite sex is a reality, or it was. For the first 22 years of my life I was forced to live as a man, when to my very core I knew that I was a woman.
Be careful of wanting revenge. There is an old saying ‘Never raise more demons than you can put down.’ For Constable Cyrille Phantomhive, last descendant of the legendary Earl Ciel Phantomhive, this was one warning he should have paid better attention to. If he had, he might not have ended up traveling 132 years into the past. Life as a Lady in Victorian England is not for the faint of heart.
I have often wondered what would happen if Ciel Phantomhive and his demon butler Sebastian Michaelis had female counterparts.
CHAPTER 36
It was a little bit quieter on the ride home, as tired bodies recovered from hangovers, and nobody was really in a rush to leave such a lovely spot. We took a break at the top of the first real climb, where the quarries looked out over the flatter lands to the North, before descending to the busier ‘Amman’ towns and the faster roads back to Cardiff. After we got home, both bathrooms had queues for the balm of hot water, but I made the girls lay the tents out to dry and air before they indulged in steam and soak.
I wrote this with Ellen's permission almost twenty years ago. It's on Ellen's site, and I think it was on Classic BC. Now it's here. It's almost a Christmas story of sorts.
The Other Side of Me – Chapter 15
by Limbo’s Mistress
I stared at my father, feeling even more confused than I was when I bounced across the dimensional divide to find myself in mid-coitus with Danny Morris. Not to mention twice as concerned.
My father’s hand remained firmly planted on my shoulder, and the look in his eyes seemed to suggest he was seriously contemplating physical violence. Which was as much a shock as anything else. I couldn’t remember a single time he’d ever lifted a hand against me.
Mantra (Malibu Comics) is working with the super-scientist Pinnacle on ideas to help regain her mystic powers. But to seek out a cure, they need to know exactly how she lost them in the first place. So, Mantra needs to consult with an eyewitness. The witness is a teenage phenomenon who, since that night, has been calling herself the new Mantra.
Sam's long hair and his refusal to cut it has caused him problems. His smart mouth hasn't helped. Attacked in the locker room by Leon, Sam defended himself and through luck or happenstance, left Leon out cold and bleeding on the floor...
It felt like Christmas or one of the best birthdays I ever had. I walked into the thrift store over in the next town to look around for some new used clothes: well, new to me. I frequent the store and old Mrs. Flagstone knows my name. She looked up from the large box she was going through as I walked through the door.
“Good morning Corey.”
“Good morning Mrs. Flagstone. What do you have there? Did a new consignment arrive?”
“Well yes. It’s from one of my neighbors. Mr. Flagstone just brought it in. Terrible thing.”

Jane took a deep breath as she entered through the front door of the manor house. A sudden blast of warm air greeted her and for a brief moment her breath was taken away at the sight that greeted her. It was something out of a storybook. The living room had over the course of the school day been transformed into a homily little scene of domestic bliss. An evergreen tree thrice as tall and wide as her was sitting in the far corner of the living room.
A sequel to the Gun Princess Royale. When she isn't hunting down the denizens of the night, she's busy finding ways to build up her nest egg for the day of her retirement from Pantheon. But when her rampant greed carries her a little too far, she finds herself in a mess that wasn't entirely of her own making.
Nineteen-year-old submissive Kathleen was sick of men that only wanted to be her master for sexual reasons, but when she responded to message from a gentleman on a matching site, she didn't realize how life-changing their relationship would be, and how right it would feel.
I was furious that the agency had made such a mistake, but somehow, I found it hard to express my anger to him. He seemed small and harmless, but he was still a man. I had been very precise in my instructions: We were a group of women speaking to female Muslim refugees about women’s’ issues – our interpreter had to be a woman.
It's been a series of madcap adventures for Chrissie, starting in middle school when she posed as a Reluctant Girlfriend and on through her high school career as a cheerleader.
Now she's in college! Can you get a degree in crossdressing shenanigans?"
Here are eighteen stories of lumberjacks and bodyguards, fishermen and drag racers, plumbers and financiers who took a risk and fell in love with someone unexpected. They're a lot of fun and one or two of them might make you laugh-out-loud or even get a little teary-eyed. You should take that risk -- after all, romance is worth it.
