Somehow I've got an autocorrect thing going on that I don't want.
When I type -- 'll, it autocorrects to -- 'all.
I've gone to the options selection; selected proofing and the autocorrect options. Scrolling through the list presented I can't find it to delete it.
Anyone have any ideas on how I can get rid of this?

Autocorrect is a pain (in the you know what)
The easiest way is to turn off autocorrect!
I leave spellchecking active, which just gives an indication with a squiggly underline when it does not find the word in its dictionaries and affix rules. You can then decide what to do: look at the suggestions, select a suggestion for replacement, add the word to the personal dictionary, or simply ignore the warning. Especially with slang or local dialects you often just have to ignore the warnings, since the spell checker will be based on either Websters dictionary, Oxford dictionary or “The Queen's English” (I doubt that M$ has yet managed to replace that with “The King's English”). (Pun intended and tongue firmly in cheek.)

I have a suggestion that might work. As you did before, go to File, Options, Proofing and AutoCorrect Options. Then type ‘ll in Replace and ‘ll in With (i.e. type the same thing in both places). Sometimes this works!
Great minds
I did that. When I type -- 'll, it still auto corrects to -- 'all. I can then back space and then space and it autocorrects to -- 'll.
Better than nothing.
