I stepped into the shower and turned it on with my back to the shower door. It was very spacious when I compared it to our shower at home with more than enough room for two. I ducked beneath the stream of water adjusting the temperature and soaked my hair.

After returning home, Josh was truly happy for the first time since the start of school. He had his two best friends again and it actually gave him hope for a moment that, with their help, he could figure a way out of his predicament. They always helped with my parents insisting I'm gay! he reasoned. Slowly though, a new thought dawned on him. I've gone to school three times dressed as a girl! Everyone thinks I want to be one now! It'll be impossible to convince them I really wanna be a boy... even Tracy and David!
We carried on with our task and Paul was getting pretty good at chatting with the customers as we got further along. The whole experience was bringing him out of his shell. I had left my own home to the last call and we parked outside and I led him into the lobby and the lift.
Tammy snuggles closer to Leland as he slept. They spent last night going over the security footage and didn’t learn anything. The footage Nyx had was scrambled as well. They need to give the footage to someone who could unscramble it.
Normally, she would have Becky work on it. But Becky and her wife Sunny were visiting her folks. When Mom’s car came to a halt outside school, Chris was waiting by the gates for me, looking extremely debonair in his evening jacket and bow-tie. My heart gave a leap at the sight and a surreptitious glance at my date made it clear that when he saw me in my outfit he too liked what he saw.

This is my second entry in the competition. Since it's not being voted on (but rather judged) I'm happy that posting more than one entry isn't going to split the vote. I know any author can only place for one prize, which I think is a great idea, I'm just offering up a bit more choice. This is shorter than 'A Change of Heart', but it probably has a little more of the current me in it. The other was more the me from thirty years ago.
