The loss of 2/3 of our ad revenue (~$1000/mo) is still hurting.
Any financial help will be appreciated.

Steve is married to Dee Lilah, who is running for the U.S. Senate. The League of Women’s Voters has scheduled a beauty contest for the candidates' spouses. Ironically, the League hadn’t anticipated a female candidate and had made the rules quite stringent in regards to what the spouse must wear and do.
Gaby Book 1 - The Anime Days Chapter *26* Drew Time
by Maddy Bell
Drew is just an ordinary thirteen year old. Well perhaps not that ordinary.
The girls challenge him to wear an anime costume to the Easter dance,
however they forgot to mention that he'd be going as a girl! Enter Gaby!
First it was his friends, then it's his family — everyone seems to want Gaby around except Drew.
And when perfect strangers think he's a girl, well the lad's got problems! Can he ‘kill' Gaby?
Jamie wakes up in the middle of the night, sweating and scared. She looks around the bedroom she is sleeping in and the pajamas she is wearing. It takes her some time to realize she is safe. She feels something wet nudge her hand. She looks down and notices it is the puppy Dakota has gotten her.
One of the trans guys at the meeting announced that he’d finally figured
out his permanent name (he’d been trying out different ones, like me).
That reminded me again that I needed to think more about my name.
Amanda was nice, but it wasn’t quite right, any more than Natalie, Amber,
Isabella or any of the others I’d tried on for a few hours.
I gritted my teeth but kept a smile on my lips. While I knew this would come up in my job interview, I had hoped it wouldn’t. Even six years later I got sick thinking about it. Hope hadn’t conquered reality.
Yes, I’m the one Secret Service agent that survived that debacle. And no, I wasn’t fired. I resigned. And the reason I resigned wasn’t the death of the President and her husband. It was all the fault of the First Brat,
Another self-contained short story retelling a tale many of us which had happened to us: a gender-confused boy, a supportive mother, and concerns about the future.
Author's Note: Hi, just want to share a little bit of fluff, just something that ended up in Notepad on my computer. Something quick, I hope YOU like it...

SLAM!
"What is she crazy, why would she make me meet someone like that?" I was looking into a large dirty mirror. I couldn't even pay attention to my appearance I was too upset. "He is such a jerk!"
"Then you should pour a drink over his head and storm out."
"I would but I have to go home with her, she's my ride."
Down through history there has been many stories of heroes and the weapons of power. Thor with his Warhammer Mjölnir, the sword of Aries and Mars, Attila the Hun’s sword, and King Author’s Excalibur. These are but a few legends. Yet for every one of these legends there are two legendary weapons lost to time. Among those lost weapons are the few whose power comes with a cost. They are the cursed weapons of power. Each curse is unique to the weapon. The Black sword is but one such weapon of great power. This is the story of the weapon and its newest welder.
Keir leaned against the invisible body of Hanina, letting her hold his leaden body in place. His limbs were numb and nearly useless, the reins barely stayed in his hands. Without the leg straps and his servant, he wouldn't have been able to stay on the horse. That would have been embarrassing.
A Pearl Among Women
A Short Story
By Maryanne Peters
“I suppose that I will have to tell you everything then,” she said with a sigh.
“Only if you want to,” he said. “But come back to bed. When you are back in my arms you can tell me anything you like. You know I will listen.”
“You listeners are rare among men,” she said, waving a scolding finger at him. But she flipped the covers and slipped back to where she had laid before.
In the middle of battle Eriana has
fallen and it is Ursula's task to save her if it is possible. Once the situation
stabilizes tough decisions must be taken to protect those in the
arena and to rescue the two Counts. Eventually the weary survivors
return to their hostel where the injured must be more closely inspected.
Behind the mall there is a cinema called 'Northpark Cinema' . It's haunted, but it's not haunted by a ghost or a demon. No, what is haunting it is something more sinister than that. The first story I'm going to include in this collection of stories is one that has changed my life. Nobody believes me when I tell them this story, and I doubt you would. The story opens on a cool, crisp October day.
“Stop whining, Alex,” she said sternly. “it is unseemly for one whose veins carry the blood of Zeus himself. I was celebate for almost 500 years before you were conceived. Surely you can manage a week between strumpets?” Alex ground his teeth. Athena sighed again and added, “Alright, fine. You can’t. How about two days?”
CHAPTER 42
We moved on the next day, and had three days of progressing from castle to castle. Vic too his snaps, Nansi dispensed nuggets of history, and we ate all sorts of interesting meals. It should have been boring and repetitive, but it was far from that, and not just because of the company I was in.
Some of the historical stuff was amusing, much of it surprising, and every now and again, Nansi came out with something that deeply shocked me. There is a world of difference between hearing of Carcassonne’s flying pig and being told of how ‘Crusaders’, full of Christian charity, had herded 200 people out of Montségur castle and burned them all alive.
