Drake's mother remarries, and he now has a new step-sister, eight year old Jasmine! Fourteen year old Drake is excited to have a little sister, but has yet to have a chance to really get to know her. Can he get along with the slightly mischievous young girl?
This will be an episodic series featuring crossdressing and transgender themes. You don't have to read all episodes to enjoy it, but I recommend at least reading this first episode to introduce you to the important characters.
The next story I want to share with you, was told to me by a friend who is almost like a big sister to me. Her name is Lana Taylor Edwards, she is nineteen and a Freshman at Holmes Community College. She is studying to be a nurse and often credits her time in scouts as laying the foundation of her future career. She is one of the few scouts I know, who has earned all three of the top tier rewards, those three being the Bronze Heart, The Silver Heart, and last but not least, The Golden Heart.
In this chapter, the crisp beauty of an autumn morning sets the stage for a day filled with family bonding and simple joys. Against a backdrop of clear skies and golden leaves, the characters explore the park, finding moments of laughter and connection that offer a reprieve from life's challenges. Amid the playful chaos of kite flying and soccer games, deeper emotions surface, leading to a quiet yet heartfelt conversation that underscores the importance of trust, understanding, and self-discovery.
John was pissed that he died on the beach at Normandy.
It was June 6, 1944 and to say Private John Burton was unhappy would be an understatement. Even though he had heard General Eisenhower's speech on the radio, he really wanted to be elsewhere. Not that he wasn't a red-blooded American and not that he didn't grasp the importance of the mission. It's just that he was convinced there was a German bullet with his name on it. It was a feeling he just couldn't shake. All the trouble his parents went through to raise him, scolding him into good behavior, getting onto him to make good grades. And then all the money and effort Uncle Sam went through to prepare and train him for this exact moment, everything his life was moving towards would come to a wasted end on a beach in France he'd never heard of. He just knew it. And he was mightily annoyed about it.
Being annoyed couldn't describe how John felt when not even ten feet from the landing craft onto the sands of the beach before being cut down by German machine gun fire. Talk about being angry as he fell onto the sand...
And then even more angry when he woke up in another time and place as a naked teen girl...

Merritt Lane McGraw feels he is a girl, but he is living through the Great Depression and World War II. It is a period before the words “crossdresser” and “transgender” were in the vocabulary and a time before sexual assignment surgery was a possibility. Is he a boy or a girl? His confusion leads him into many strange encounters.
Garia encounters obstructions of various kinds as she tries to
get through a busy morning. If it isn't designing forks then it's a
trip to the salon that gets off to a bad start. As lunch approaches
she receives an intriguing invitation which just causes further
problems...

A long bath and half a mug of hot chocolate later, I was sitting on the sofa, absent-mindedly scratching Toby behind the ears when the phone rang. I thought about screening it for a moment, but decided not to.
I stared at “that” tattooed on my arm through the haze of a hangover. Amy, my girlfriend or my on again off again girl friend was asleep mildly snoring on the other arm. And it was dead, no feeling in it completely asleep.
I tried to focus and dimly remembered her and her sister Nina and some of our friends getting really drunk last night at the carnival with the yummy mixture of 7-Up and lemon gin. There was a heavy metal like tricked out school bus out in the parking lot and the guy in it was doing tattoos.

Charlie Sandsmark and his mother, Helena, travel around the world from one archaeological dig to another, looking for evidence of the ancient Amazonian culture. So far they have found nothing, until Charlie discovers something wonderful about himself on a small island in the Aegean Sea.
Amber sat back, closed her eyes, and hoped it would be over soon. A technician with spiked hair quickly and expertly plucked Amber's eyebrows into two feminine arches. She stood back and looked at Major Brewer, for approval.
"Great job. Very nice," Major Brewer said.
"Let me see. Oh Clare, you always leave a little too much on the end. Clean it up here and here," the makeup artist said.
This chapter describes the first skirmish of the forthcoming war and explains how Drustan helped to win back ther castle. More wounds and scars for the 'tic-tac-toe' kid.

My name is Jenny O'Brien. It didn't used to be I was named John O'Brien. So let me tell you how this happened.
My folks are at least part Irish along with a mixed bag of many other nationalities. Any towering mountain of a man Irish genes that may have existed are long gone, replaced by what could almost be described as elfin genes. Both of my parents are small.
Not just the height though as both of them are under 5foot 5. My Mom is only 5'2 while my Dad is 5'4 or 5'6 with shoes on.
This could be a story of morals, is it ever wise to lie, should we always be truthful and honest, even if it will cost us.
Or maybe it is just more drivel with bad grammar and spelling mistakes from Lauran.
I just hope you enjoy it, and if you don't, at least I enjoyed writing it. :)
The Major gave the CID officer a harsh look and stood up. She tossed her blonde hair back and walked toward the hotel door. Amber and the CID officer walked behind her out the door and to the black government sedan in the parking lot. The Intelligence officer opened a rear door and Amber was pushed into the back seat. Amber's head dropped to her hands and she began to cry. The man slammed the door shut and turned to face his partner.
The yellow, convertible Mustang cruised along the straight stretch of highway, eating the miles. The 302 hummed quietly; its owner took very good care of the car. While not mechanically inclined, he appreciated a fine tuned machine. Arron made sure his "stang" was cared for. He smiled, turned up the CD player louder and pushed down on the gas pedal.
Hear me well. This is a story within a story, with a little superhero action and a little romance wrapped in a warm blanket of dreams. Nothing really deep. Nothing to trip the tongue or mind. Just a story to file away in your heart. Something to think about during one of those rare idle moments that pop up in this far too busy modern era.
The world reeks of illusion. Live it. Love it. Die happy and fulfilled.
I'd like to thank Puddin' for her editing. Once again, she helped me make this a much better story.

Cathy always tries to mind her business, unfortunately business doesn't give her the same respect. In fact it goes out of its way to send a fresh helping of drama her way in the shape of a three-year-old force of nature named Jemima.
Can she really help the girl, save the dormice and look after her nearest and dearest all at the same time?

"Wh-what?!" said the man, scandalized. "That's outrageous! We're not child stalkers! We're agents of the US government, here looking for known lawbreakers you're sheltering!"
