Being Invisible

It's done! I've finally published Invisible, the story you've been reading here. But, the title has been changed to Being Invisible because my editor suggested that there are too many works titled Invisible.

That's the good news. The bad news is that I will be taking it down according to Amazon's rules. They say it can take up to seventy-two hours to publish, so it goes away soon. I hope you got a chance to finish it here.

Legacy of the Anari

I just finished re-reading "Legacy of the Anari" by Ashley Blayze. I have no idea how I found the story after a dozen years. In my opinion, the story is as good as many of the other SCI FI greats, and yes, it contained Gender Change but without some of the tiresome tropes that most TG tales contain.

Sadly, the Author seems to have done this one off, and disappeared. I do hope that she has gone onto better things and had great success doing them.

It was yonks ago

Many years ago, perhaps even in the 90's, I read a story that could have been Medieval, in which a female (Witch, wizard ?) controlled time by cranking a reel to reel tape back and forth from a tower, splicing and editing it as necessary. It could have been on BCTS but also could have been on another site. It was a good story.

What do you think of the term Sissy ?

Where I grew up it was used to insult boys "don't be a sissy, stop crying, etc." I have never called anyone a sissy, but I have used it in my stories. This was mainly due to being asked to write about the subject. What I thought of as an insult, I realized some crave to be called and act like "sissies".

The way I see it is, that someone wanting to look, dress, and act in a hyperfeminine way, but not actually want to be perceived as a woman. Possibly a lot of humiliation is involved.

My "sissy" stories do ok on FM, and do well on Literotica. Not so well on here.

We Could Really Use Some Help Out At Transfiction Wiki

Hi guys, Tracy here again. As mentioned above, we could really use some help out at Transfiction Wiki at the moment. We were almost shut down last month due to inactivity, so if you have a free minute to post an article (or an image, or even just a comment), that would go a long way to keeping the project running.

Let's help our Dorothy Colleen win a contest

Dorothy has entered her story into a contest here:

Let's help her out 'for a win'. The prizes are worth winning.

Please give her story a read. Then click a Like and write a review. Many reviews are only few sentences. Mine was 'really long', at not quite a screen-full.

A little advice

Something I would like to ask. The only real novel length work I have written is The Surgeon's Lodger.

I am in the process of re-writing it and tidying it up. Should I cut the sex scenes and just make a reference to making love, but not include detail?

It is a trans romance. When I wrote it, a year ago, I still had the idea that everything I wrote had to have sex in it. I though people wouldn't read it otherwise.

Hey everyone,

I was hoping to get back into a regular posting schedule by now. even if it was bi-weekly instead of weekly. That plan kinda went tits up with the new job keeping me so damn busy and catching a terrible cold twice in the last month . My immune system sucks, and while I have people making sure I'm taking care of myself and taking vitamins, I can't wait until I can get my medical stuff for Ontario sorted so I can see a doctor about my hormones and anxiety meds. Work has kind of been stressing me out and pushing my anxiety so it might be contributing to things.

Caught Between Time

I'm currently watching/playing an interactive DVD game, a visual novel. The protagonist and a time-patrol agent are currently caught between time, or in a crevice outside of time. They will only spend perhaps a couple minutes caught outside of time before returning to the protagonist's world.

Unfinished

I have more than 200 unfinished stories clustering around me like tiny, empty, liquor bottles around the corpse of a destitute alcoholic.

Besides the stories I have started and not finished on this site and others, like The Pregnant Boy and 30 Million Reasons, and ones that I am still working on like Pete's Vagina and Special FX, I have scores hidden away on hard drives, many of them tantalizing, fragmentary visions of longer works.

Doom Valley Prep School Update

After a long break due to family tragedy and other things, I've spent the last few months getting back into old stories and things, specifically Whateley, on their Discord and website.
While I was doing that people kept talking about Doom Valley Prep School, and sent me some of the blogs here talking about the story.

You're My Wife Now - Surprised

My latest story - You're My Wife Now, as surprised me by getting oover 80 kudos on here. That's for part 2. Usually my forced fem and sex stories don't get much more than 50.

I understand this, as this is a TG story site the idea of anyone "forced" to act or dress as a woman goes "against the grain". Many of us the problem is being forced by society to live and dress as a male.

Please bare with me, as it developes it will include TG elements.

I reached a milestone yesterday

I reached a milestone yesterday, with my 100th story on Fictionmania. I have more on here as I did a follow up to BeverlyTaff's FQ story. I will never put that anywhere else as it would make little sense without the source story.

TBH it is not the sort of story that would go down well there as the "forced fem" is incidental and not the main story. I do miss that story arc. I'm enjoying her new scifi one though.

Trying to find time to write

Hi friends,

I haven't been on here in a while and I haven't posted any updates to one of my stories which is "The life of Riley". My apologies. I will continue this story but I am not sure when. Life sometimes throws you curve balls and I got my fair share of them. The story is in my heart and I will finish it.

Sorry if I disappointed anyone! I am doing my best, so please be forgiving. I have to resolve my personal issues and then I think I will be able to write again. Hang in there, people. Riley will come back.

Thank you for your patience.

Love,

Two Spirit

I first became aware of the idea of Two Spirit, reading a story here by "Teddie" (Not the LGBT one) but the one that has been with the Native Americans for a very long time. Remembering past conversations and incidents with my family, it seemed clear that I am from a branch of the Shawnee. Yesterday, it was surprising to find that my Counsellor at OHSU Teaching University brought it up and said that Native American Two Spirit is well recognized in her circles.

Not all Stories have such Structure

Here is one for my writing pals, from something posted on FM MB, probably to scold me for writing pieces that do not conform.
Structure of a Story.jpg
Well, what I did there was "Fiction" rather than "a story", but it occurs to me that very little of what I write conforms with this pattern.

Authors name is Isabella Emma
Some authors might want to look at some of these stories

The Law of Reciprocity

“The reciprocity principle is one of the basic laws of social psychology: It says that in many social situations we pay back what we received from others. In other words, if John does you a favor, you're likely to return it to him.”

I have noticed over the three decades I’ve been posting stories that a large share of those who leave comments on my stories are authors.

Perhaps they leave comments because I leave comments on their stories.

It's a Small World

Not accusing anyone of anything.

With Covid and weak health, I spent just lots of time reading here, on YouTube and other sharing services.

Years ago, I remember Joseph Campbell sayin that there are only a few different stories to tell. Lately I am seeing undeniable confirmation of that. Often I'll be reading a story or watching a movie and I'll remember seeing a scene or hearing a line from somewhere else, especially with things that come from Hollywood.

Odd That

Comments, No Comments

Call me a praise slut if you like, but I live for comments.
I am even happy to receive harsh criticism, like I get over on Fictionmania!
The latest hater has at least shifted his acid throwing to Message Board over there, but they seem to be a driven individual!
I am just assuming that everybody here at my warm and friendly place, must be overcome by heatstroke with barely enough energy to read my stories but too exhausted to comment (?)

MRI -- I hate 'em!

Well, a little while back, I went to get an MRI on my brain. The site of the tumor I had removed about 3 years ago.

Talked to my neurosurgeon yesterday, and there's no new growth of the remain of the tumor. Just a little bit of thickening in the dura (the membrane that surrounds the brain) where the tumor was.

I hate having to get an MRI. A cat scan is fine, but the tube you go into in an MRI is so stinking tiny! Ugh!

Missing?????

Over the weekend I was horrified to find that Susan Brown's Football Girl 1&2 and Changes are no longer listed on Amazon\Kindle. (UK)

While this isn't an issue for me as I have those books, I was looking for a friend, on both their KINDLE device, smartphone kindle app and Laptop

Is Susan alright?

I ask only as last time this happened to me was when "The Last of the Fey" dropped from Amazon\Kindle lists, while Denise's estate was being taken care of.
