Every once in a while, I'll come across a story that's set in the Julie-verse by Julie O, but I haven't been able to find any descriptions about what this universe is like. Does anyone know where I could find a description of this universe?

The stories are all set in the same universe after a certain point the characters from each story start to appear in other stories. I think there is a chronological order list somewhere.

Julieverse
I read the entire Julieverse from Julie O and the related stories from Bob Arnold a bunch of years ago. They can be read chronologically and characters dip in and out of an overall theme.
The origin stories include "Zapped" by Bob Arnold (formerly of stardust.us (author is deceased now but the site limped along for several years). JulieO brought in "The Protector" series and the stories about "Jirra Reed" (a super adorable series of stories).
It all became a much larger tapestry of stories that often end up crossing in to the same universe with girls who have been transformed in one way or another (magical, sci-fi, forced, etc.) means. Some of the stories are a bit triggery but they work together in the grander scheme and it is a pretty empowering universe where these girls and their supporting friends and family all pull together.
I have emailed a few times with JulieO and we lightly chatted about her future writing (she would like to, but it seems that life gets in the way). I was friendly with Bob Arnold before his death (he was an amateur radio operator as I am). I think that if we had more time to get to know each other better I would of been able to count him as a friend. He died in the middle of us getting to know each other.
Maybe find JulieO 's writings and start from the beginning. At points she makes reference to being allowed by Bob A to use some of his characters. I think they were collaborators on quite a few things.
