Notes: Whoops! Forgot to post this last time! So you'll be getting two in a row!

Started putting dates on these chapters where possible, it helps me keep track of where I am in the story. (Something I figured out when writing my original fiction.) Dates are provided by HP Lexicon's Order of the Phoenix calendar.

Please read my story "LATE SPRING IN OMAHA", before you wade into this morass. The Late Spring story has most of the same characters and a deeper insight into the workings of this fictional society. This story is Part 1 of 3. Part 2 will appear in three days and Part 3 in six days. The general themes of the story are, white slavery, greed, sex and back stabbing. There is no non consensual sex or violence in this part. The violence is in Parts 2 and 3 and it is an essential but, small part of the story.

Chapter 110
Why would he do that? The books. Naainish.

I'd made a trip to the College of Engineering’s Dean’s office to pick up the books and paperwork for the two classes that I’ll be teaching. And I’d met Dr. O’Riley, who I’m going to stay as far away from as possible. The Dean’s secretary told me that he’s a womanizer.

When I finally looked at the books that I'd been given, I found that they were well out of date and would not be suitable as a college textbook. I called Dr. Joe, and he was coming over. And I was now on my way to the University’s Bookstore to see what they were selling to students.

Did Dr. Kilmer do this on purpose or is someone screwing with me?

Webster’s dictionary defines Speed as the fallowing: the rate of change of position along a straight line with respect to time over a set distance. In other words, the quicker you can get from one place to another. The question is what do you, do when your family has spent the last two generations in search of ways to accomplish this goal faster and faster. Would do you do when the family business is the search for more Speed. For Robert ‘Robby’ McGuire the answer is easy. You grab your sister and strap on a pair of Formula One racecars then go for broke.

“Come on Carl, it’s just the two of us.” Kimmy pulls her cousin out of the house and over to the pool.

“Kimmy, I’m scared someone is going to see me wearing your swimsuit.”

“There’s no one here, except me and you. Besides, if anyone did see you, all they would see is a cute young girl.”

Carl stands there nervous in his cousin’s backyard. He was wearing one of her swimsuits she didn’t want to wear anymore since her breast were coming in.

“Okay, you win.” Carl follows Kimmy over to the lounge chairs near the swimming pool.

The bedroom of CHERRY Moone, (13). Small, sparsely furnished. A small rug covers the unfinished wood floor.

Cherry-a girl with light red hair--stands with her backpack

She picks the picture up and stares at it as she brushes away
a tear.

WEDNESDAY (OS) Cherry! Let's go!

She places the picture back, places her hand on her abdomen
and leaves the room.

I wanted to try a role reversal without magic, domination, unwilling participants, too willing participants, hypnosis, or technology not based in current capability. Guys are guys but the rules change around them. It took more words than planned.

Then on Tuesday I heard from Vickie and learned that the people who could allow Kai to teach were getting together on Wednesday and that she and Dr. Joe wanted me there. Talk about nerves.

Now, after presenting myself to this group of people, I was sitting in a room across the hall from a conference room where my fate, so to say, was being determined.
