In this chapter, Emily navigates the complexities of her school day, grappling with lingering emotions and the weight of recent events. Amidst the noise of her peers and the quiet battles within herself, she finds small moments of connection and resolve. Through interactions that challenge her sense of belonging and decisions that test her strength, Emily takes steps toward understanding herself and the choices that define her path.
A "What If" retelling of Avatar. What if Jake's wheelchair wasn't his only problem?
What if it wasn't Tom that should've gone to Pandora - but Jake's twin sister, Jill?
What would you do if I sang out of tune,Ӭ
Would you stand up and walk out on me?
Lend me your ears and I'll sing you a songӬ
And I'll try not to sing out of key.
Oh, I get by with a little help from my friend
Mm, I get high with a little help from my friend
Mm, gonna try with a little help from my friend
Every geek’s fantasy is coming true. Superheroes, dragons, spaceships, giant robots, zombies, scantily clad French maids…they have all become real. It is miraculous that civilization has not plunged into total chaos.
What is causing this, and why?
Some nutcases think it is an alien invasion. Other nutcases think it is the beginning of the Apocalypse. Our three non-nutcase protagonists, however, just wanted to finish their college days in relative peace. Unfortunately, they found themselves...

Chapter 52
This chapter is narrated...
The night was dark and cold, snow already falling upon the ground from the sky, on the slow night. This night was quiet, and full of sorrow as Nathan stirred in his bed, reminiscing in his nightmares. He was very sad, angry and felt ashamed.

From the time Taylor was five, all he could remember was wanting to be Emma’s younger sister.
He loved dressing up in her hand-me-downs. He admired his older sister and really wanted to be her. Halloween was his favorite holiday because he could let his fantasies run wild and be Cinderella or Wonder Woman. And playing make-believe was always fun when he could be the cute little girl.
But, something happened when he turned twelve. He put away the dresses and costumes. The doll house went up in the attic and Taylor’s fantasies were all in his mind.
Until one fateful Saturday that changed everything. This is that story.
The Leader narrowed its pupils, just a bit... the equivalent of a slight smile for its species. The most important of the group were already supporting the plan.
