First I may be confusing several plots

I'm 95% sure the story that I am looking for is a Standalone story, although it ties in with some of the feuds other cliques have with the Kimba's, and I can only remember the ending, and other than the main characters a specific character.

This character is troubled, depressed to the point of being suicidal, sees and hears ghosts\spirits, I think he may have been an avatar of one of the lower gods of the Greek pantheon (making him a part of the New Olympians)

I am a bit surprised that there have been no comments on my recent story "Lucy".
I rushed a bit to publish this because when I was looking for images I discovered that there was that YouTube video and reference to the TV short, neither of which I knew about when I wrote this. I had assumed that this was a largely a forgotten piece of American history that had been excluded for inappropriate content ... but it is a great story. I hope that the TV item will be a dramatization of her speech to the court of which I have included a fragment.

Well, for those of you following The Arctic Fox, or any of my other stories, it's going to be kinda slow getting the chapters up for a bit. This is a rather busy time of year for me, although COVID has slowed things down from how it usually is.

Anyway, please bear with me. The chapters will be posted. Just might take a bit more time.

I just tried uploading an image (an 800px PNG) to BCTS but it failed. Resized to 600px and converted to JPG but all failed. Is there a known issue with image uploading?

I don't remember if it was here or on Fictionmania, but a couple of years ago I read a story of a boy who liked to dress as a girl. Once while dressed, he received a call from a relative, I believe a cousin. While talking with him, she kind of figured out what was going on. When they were together later, she asked him about it and he admitted it. She assisted him. At the end of the school year, they both worked at a resort along a river that was owned by relatives in her family and he worked the entire summer as a girl.

As usual in the UK, the authorities, to avoid upsetting business, once more have us 'celebrating' a National day not on the day itself but on the following weekend, today then, the National mourning for those lost and injured in military conflict kicked off at 11.00am this morning. I always try to observe the 2 minute silence, its not always possible but this year a pause in the day's DIY efforts was enoiugh to take part and to see those in power doing their symbolic wreath laying at the Cenotaph in central London.

I just received word that Smashwords has awarded my book Premium Status! That means it goes out in their premium catalog to potential Ebook retailers. I am SO excited!!!!

11-11 Remembrance Day\Veterans Day, There are many stories here at BCTS that are suitable for rereading today.

can't remember if the young man is White American or Chinese\Japanese American, as he has studied under an eastern master most of his life so this could be the eastern connection.
He is a martial artist, can't remember if he'd had mystical background, but I think that his master suggested his walkabout.

I hope someone can help me out. I am looking for a story I read quite some time ago. The main character is a teenage boy from somewhere in the eastern US who while visiting relatives in the midwest (maybe Ohio) somehow ends up becoming a weather girl on the local TV station. While taping a remote she ends up reporting on a major accident and the video ends up getting network distribution.

It's a long time since I've felt such a strong urge to write but this latest series of The Joiners seems to make me want to write instead of doing other things. I should be studying not writing fiction while listening to Carpenter's CDs.

I published a story back in 2013 (it does not seem that long ago) called 'Promises can get you into trouble'. As the story nears its climax, I floated the idea about a number of US States banning the books that had been written by the main character who was Trans.
