Life has some certainties, birth and death of course, but the rest is a mix of Minestrone and Spaghetti, some of which we have no direct influence over. We can however decide whether we want Parmesan or other seasoning, we can give Gnochi a try, doesn't mean we'll like it but at least we'll know. Gaby has reached just such a point in her life, she knows she likes Pizza, she's not averse to Spaghetti or Lasagne but is Gnochi for her? The Gnochi in this case is doing the singing with BlauHase on a more serious level, as a 'hobby' its fine but could this be a change of career? Well you don't find out without trying so that's just what our heroine is about to find out in this, the 27th book of the Gaby saga.

A Grumpy Old Man’s Tale 61 The Green Dragon in the Green Dragon
The BEE’s, Bearthwaite Educational Establishment, approach to discipline was an even deeper mystery to outsiders, for poor behaviour was virtually unheard of in a BEE class. The ‘We just leave discipline to pissed off mums, other than that we just make it up as we go, because the kids know very well how they are supposed to behave,’ approach didn’t really seem to be a viable discipline model to outsiders, but it was all that there seemed to be. As far as any could tell there wasn’t even a set of acceptable behaviour protocols or guidelines or an effective chain of command either.
With apologies to the Bee Gees (Sung to the tune of ‘More Than a Woman’ in case you don’t know it)
Oh, girl, I've known you very well
You’re in my mirror every day
I never really looked too good
But now it takes my breath away
Suddenly I am myself
It shows in all I do
And now I’m happy day and night
I’ve no reason to be sad and blue

The end of the summer term, what a week it’s been and so confusing. Chas and I have been fucking like the proverbial rabbits all week since the experiment. The 2nd experiment, although it worked was disastrous, from my sister finding out, to getting stuck in the device, to having to sit to pee and none of my trousers fitting me. Yes, I had to borrow Claire’s old school trousers. Ok, they fitted better but they were still tight, and it wasn’t till Thursday that Chas pointed out to me that I had VPL. Well I had to wear panties because my underpants showed too much.

Chas looked at me doubtfully, “I somehow don’t think it’ll work Dan” He said dismissively.
“Course it will. I’ve tested it, but I need a second opinion.” I replied.
“I’m not getting my cock out in front of you, that would be gay.” He replied.
“Oh man, sometimes you are so thick. You can take it in the bathroom and try it.”
I handed him a condom which he begrudgingly took. It was a little over 5 mins later when he returned, without the device or condom. “It’s not working for me.” He said.

CHAPTER 48
The seats were uncomfortable, as always, but in differing ways. Most of them were hard plastic chairs, that gradually sent your arse to sleep, with the occasional comfy-looking armchair bearing a beguilingly padded seat that was actually worse. You sat on the thick cushion, and the air trapped under the vinyl cover slowly farted out through the holes in the plywood base. With a sigh, you gradually descended to a perch on the base board, the frame digging into the backs of your thighs as the trapped sweat began to soak them.
Lillyn is positive this will be her day.
New exciting research is to be done.

I'm standing alone in the dark and in a heavy fog. A voice calls out to me, beckoning me to follow. I reach out to grasp a hand, but when I touch it there is nothing there, just a shadow that disappears as if it were smoke. I see a light ahead of me, barely piercing the fog. I move towards it slowly, the ground unsteady under my feet. The light is coming from a cave, descending deep into the earth. The voice that calls to me is there and so I follow the path down, into the pitch black abyss.

"Sis,
you need to try it, at the very least.”
We
were in Carla’s lab, and she was showing me a belt buckle that
was quite flashy. It looked like something that would have been worn
by the ancient singer, Elvis Presley.
“Why
would I wish to experience the memories of a madman?”
This story was originally written by Julie, sometime in the 90s and posted elsewhere. I read it and liked the premise, but the ending didn't suit me. So for my own enjoyment, I rewrote the ending. Julie's end had Chrissy transitioning, mine is more like my life. When I was finished modifying the ending, I liked it so much that I couldn’t resist posting it, so…
I was taken aback as she had never shown any affection to me before. I asked her what was different now and she said that she could see the man in me coming back to the fore and was starting to think that she wanted to experience some genuine lovemaking for a change.
We have just started our weekly game show binge, another of her favourites. You may think that I sound henpecked but having her diverted means that I can think for myself for a while.
Of course, having just one pair of eyes, that means that I had to set up this remote method of writing. My computer is next to the settee and I have put a long lead on the keyboard so I can write while we sit with her concentrating on the screen. Now, back to the second day of my – I was going to say nightmare, but it is really just different…..
