Teela and Emily arrive at the address they were given. They looked at the building in front of them and couldn’t believe that it used to be some sort of warehouse.
“Are you sure you have the right address, Teela?” Emily looks at her friend.
“I’m sure. This is the address Jester gave me. She also gave me the entrance code as well.” Teela walked into the small foyer and noticed there was a metal keypad with black numbers and letters.
In this chapter, Emily navigates a day filled with grief and reflection as she bids farewell to her mother. Amidst the weight of the occasion, small moments of kindness and support from those around her offer glimpses of comfort and strength, helping her take the first steps toward healing.
After his mother dies the only option Kris has is to take his kid sisters to grandma's house. But Massachusetts to Maryland is a long way to travel on only $50. How will they make it, will grandma be able to keep them and what kind of life can they expect?
What if supernatural beings like Witches, Faeries, Demons, and their ilk are all real? Glen Evanston is about to be caught in their many traps in my new work in progress: Magic, Mystery, and Mayhem a Graphic Novel by Raine Monday
“Morning!” beamed my Mum, as we saw each other on the landing, both making our ways towards the top of the stairs. She was far too cheery for this time of the morning, if you were to ask me.
“Mornin’,” I mumbled back, as I started to head down the stairs, my Mum a few paces behind.
“This is very early for you,” commented my Mum, “Is everything okay?”
“Yeah, fine, thanks,” I continued to mumble, as my Mum followed me into the kitchen.

Hospitals are one of the most depressing places on earth. Everything reeks of antiseptic and disinfectant, the food is bland and the portions are small. Plus, you can't have a moment's peace to yourself and you have no privacy whatsoever. And guess what? I'm going to be spending my Easter Weekend here on the fifth floor of Mississippi Medical Center because mother nature hates me.
“Good!” The tall young man said as Luke effortlessly lobbed the ball back to him. “One more, come on.”
“Sure,” Luke replied, stopping the ball dead with his feet before chipping it back into his training partner’s hands.
“You sure you’ve never played on a team before?” Luke’s training partner, a young man named Darren, asked in his thick Yorkshire accent as he and Luke followed the rest of the team off of the pitch.
A week later a plan was in place. Simon had arranged a meal in his favorite Italian restaurant for his three fellow board members.
The board members were the ones Simon suspected the most.
Mel was to get friendly with them after the wine started flowing. Simon was unsure if he wanted to put Mel through having to be “friendly”. This surprised her, he had blackmailed her into living as a woman, and had practically raped her. Now he was concerned for her welfare.
The next few hours were very much a blur. I was searched several times before I was taken to Shrewsbury Police Station for questioning. My requests for something to eat were ignored.
"These could be evidence," said the detective who was assigned to question me as he held up an unopened pack of six energy bars. From the look of him, Detective Sergeant Saunders was a rookie in the Plain Clothes world. He had no dress sense at all and trying to wear shirts that were at least one if not two sizes too small for him, did not present an air of confidence or authority
We got back to the truck yard and Anders called for a meeting in the afternoon. I was told to just relax until then so I went and sat with Berget. She was very appreciative of my business look and sent me off to different places to get papers for her.
The ploy worked as I got a lot of ‘hubba hubba’ comments, and I really felt good when we went off for lunch.

By Paula Dillon and Tigger
Christie's Mom, Amanda, is concerned. So far, her daughter's trial is nothing like any other such experience documented in her family's extensive records. She's worried something has gone wrong with Christie's fate. She decides to seek advice from another person of power. Someone who already knows that Christie used to be Charlie.
“This time I met an interesting lady, she was like a grown adult or something I think. She was really nice, and she really seemed to get along with the little girl. Almost in a big sister kind of way. She tried her best to help her learn girly stuff too. Though what made me the happiest was that we were finally a squad, Raftilia told us that we were ready. I can't wait for our first mission as a team!”
After an hour of modeling underwear picked by Brita and watching the other two model her choices Fred called a halt, "Okay, let's just stop and buy it before I get too hot or too embarrassed."
"I agree," Sally said quickly.
Brita smirked, "Oh, alright."
As they were leaving Soma Fred had an idea, "We should check for stores that sell fire resistant clothing."
Sally added, "Unless you enjoy burning off your clothes Brita?"
"Is there any place that sells such things?" Brita said.

“Girls, go play with yourselves in the other room.” Vincent looks at the brunette on his right when he orders them.
Ariel watches as both women leave Mr. Galante’s side to play with each other in the other room. He turns his attention back to Mr. Galante.

Travel Plans

“You’re probably not strong enough to carry one of us, huh?” Michelle asked as she considered the problem.
It was quite an early start on Tuesday morning. I’d committed to myself that I was going to follow a normal school day routine, even though I’d be studying on my own. I’d not be doing myself any favours, if I allowed myself long lie ins or spent all morning watching You Tube.
I rubbed my hands together and opened the book to the 101st page, the exact middle. I was shivering with anticipation. 'This is it,' I thought. 'Today's the day I join the coven'.
Forty Miles Away from The Warehouse:
“Who puts a bomb on a school bus loaded with kids?” Tammy looks at Leland and Nyx.
They had located the bomb Jason Bush had given them the location of. Jason was right that she would have felt bad about letting these kids die. He made sure he had an ace up his sleeve.
“Do you know anything about disarming bombs?” Leland looks at Tammy for an answer to his question.
“No, my training didn’t include disarming bombs.” Tammy looks towards Nyx “you wouldn’t happen to know how to disarm a bomb, would you?”
Joss sighed as he worked on the commission painting. Knowing it needed to be delivered within two weeks, he wanted it done that day so the oils had time to dry. Smiling as he shook his head, he continued to add details to the dog's ears. Four years and a double degree and I'm using it to paint a rich woman's dead Airedale! he chuckled to himself.
We kissed a bit more and then she said that we had to work again in the morning. We got back on the bikes and went to our respective homes. Astrid was still up when I got in and she took one look at my face, “A good night, I see.”
I suppose that I looked blank so she laughed, “You can always tell when a girl has had a good night, especially when she’s forgotten to redo her lipstick.”
I wait nervously by my front door. I am trembling. This is my first date. Simon is picking me up at 7.30. It is 7.35 now. I have been ready for an hour. I check my reflection in the hall mirror for the 50th time.
My red tinted shoulder length wig looks perfect. It cost a fortune. Real human hair. I have been spending most of my wages on clothes and makeup since I decided to stop fighting against my desire to be a woman. I have struggled to be a real man all my life. At 5ft 6 inches it has been difficult to look the part.
From the time Taylor was five, all he could remember was wanting to be Emma’s younger sister.
He loved dressing up in her hand-me-downs. He admired his older sister and really wanted to be her. Halloween was his favorite holiday because he could let his fantasies run wild and be Cinderella or Wonder Woman. And playing make-believe was always fun when he could be the cute little girl.
But, something happened when he turned twelve. He put away the dresses and costumes. The doll house went up in the attic and Taylor’s fantasies were all in his mind.
Until one fateful Saturday that changed everything. This is that story.
Life has a way of happening when you stop paying attention to your troubles. The transformed women of the Hanks Gang have served their sentences and now must build new lives for themselves.
